This home depot it about 5 minutes from where i live so we end up here more than any other home improvement store. What i like is every time we've gone in to purchase something or just have question on doing a project, the home depot team has gone above and beyond to help us. They have helped us on our front door, paint, fixtures for bathrooms, lawn seed, weed killer and many more other house related projects. We will continue to visit this store.

Very clean and well layout. Plenty of product available to purchase.

I was very impressed with the employees greeting and asking me if they could help me as soon as i broke the threshold at the front door until i checked out.

The only check out was Self Service and I needed a speicla form. Everyone at the service desk was too busy talking about their day than to check me out. This is the type of service I have come to expect at HD. I shop at Lowe's unless it is a HD exclusive

I was really pleased by the great customer service and helpfulness of the staff. Keep up the great work.

I was looking for an advertised product which was NOT in stock. Mike went out of his way to try to find the product. This type of Customer Service needs to be rewarded!!!

Nice to know I had a clerk nearby that could answer any questions I might have. The atmosphere was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable with my shopping experience :-)

Rude employee, makes the whole store looks bad. Although it was only one person but when your a company it reflects on the whole team. So maybe you need to get rid of the bad apple.

I had a problem with my Ryobi Battery or Charger - not sure witch - after 3 or 4 years. I took the charger and the battery to the Home Depot and walked to the tool department. An associate was nearby and I asked if someone was available to help me. He came over and I explained the situation. He promptly took me to a small work station and tested both. He explained the testing process as he did it. It was the battery. I stated I wanted a replacement and he advised me of a promotion - buy one get one. I purchased the new batteries and am delighted with the level of service!

Was visiting a family member out of town and decided to go here to buy a new grill for them. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and up beat. Overall, the entire experience was positive.

We love the quality of employees at this store. Joe Santos, an exceptional employee, helped us find our products and put them in our vehicle. We always have a great experience at this store, and we live nearby!

this store was very clean and associates were very helpful.

Clean store, tons of employees. Nobody helped me to the point where a customer offered help to carry the mower. Had to carry it by myself to the checkout and to my car as the associates stood around watching me carry it as entertainment. When I put it down I felt a sharp pain in my back and had to sit in my car for about 10 min for the pain to go away. No carts or associates available to help someone who's carrying a heavy mower with their back arched back and barely walking. Thanks for the help!

I was returning products purchased at another store and products ordered to be picked up at another store and the return desk was extremely helpful in getting it sorted out and helping me get the correct product.

The store was clean and not crowded. The store employee was very helpful and friendly.

The associates knowledge of product quality and use is excellent. I have been attending this location since it opened and the experience is always exceptional. I was unable to find the product in which I was originally searching for but I was able to buy other items in which I can use in my property.

THE STOR IS WEII LOCATED AND THE STAFF ARE VERRY FRIENDIL AND TTHIS IS GOOD FOR HOME DEPORT GOOD JOB MAY THE THE MANAGER HAS GOOD PERSONALITY

Associates are really helpful and have great knowledge of different areas

Everything is easy to find and the associates are always eager to assist you. I always get asked if I need assistance loading my car and I find that a nice gesture.

I recently had the displeasure of going to the store at 7:30. I knew exactly what I wanted - several pre-hung interior doors in specific sizes. I got a cart and went right to the area. Two of the doors were on the top shelf - requiring an associate to get with a ladder. I asked an associate for help. Help told me that he was in merchandising and could not help. He did go search for someone & returned a few minutes later to tell me that he was busy & would help me when he could. After I waited 15 minutes, I went & got a ladder myself and got down the 2 doors that I needed. A couple of associates saw me, but neither said anything to me nor offered to help me. When I went to checkout, there were a couple of guys horsing around - one of whom was the one that I thought that I saw walking around back in that area. I will say that the cashier was extremely friendly & helpful.

never have I entered this location and immediately upon entry, one or more associates are there to greet you!! they're never to busy to assist every customer and that speaks highly of the management as well. I DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE111
