I always get the service I need when I shop @ Home Depot

Before going to the store, I usually check the store's website for the product(s) I want to purchase. The site includes the aisle number, etc. where the specific items being purchased are located in the store as part of the information about the product. Fantastic! If I need further assistance, it's usually readily available. Otherwise the online listed location of the product in the store makes it so much easier to be in and out in a jiffy when needed.

Very local and convenient store to get to. Walk in and associates were nice and helpful. Store was clean. Found a deal on a Lawnmower that had a issue and me and another guy bought the same type of mower. Maria was very nice and helpful and would recommend this store to anyone

Products were easy to locate using the home depot app.

I went to the Home Depot because I knew that they had a very good selection of Weber Grills. The associate was in the area and was very helpful and friendly. He helped me check out and load the grill and suggested that I get charcoal that was on sell. I did. It only took a few minutes to get everything done and I was gone. The experience was painless! I was very pleased with the experience.

I have been shopping at this store for years because of the friendly assoc. they ask if I need help even if I don't bot help when I need it.

I needed weed kill spray. I did not know whether this would be in the outside garden area or inside the store. I asked as associate who directed me to the appropriate area. I found the display and compared several weed sprays for ingredients, eco friendly, and price. I like to have spray that is easy to use. I do not like mixing chemicals myself. I like having the convenient spray tool attached to the container. This makes my work easier because I don't have to drag out an old heavy canister sprayer. At the time I went to check out, the self check out machines were blocked off with the folding metal fence. I often check out my own merchandise unless I need help. It was convenient to go the a check out station with an employee available.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH GREAT ASSOCIATES AND GREAT SURROUNDINGS.

The Products and within my budget & the Employees greet you w/ a Smile & are very helpful when you enter the store.

My trip to the Home Depot was a good one. I had several different items i needed to get and the associates were available and familiar with what i needed. Store was clean, associates were friendly and the prices were very competitive.

The store was a good place to shop. It was clean, the staff was helpful and I will shop there again when I need the supplies they supply.

I generally can find products in stock and at a lower cost at this store. Staff are helpful, available, but do not crowd you so that you cannot enjoy your shopping experience.

This store is always clean. The sales associates mostly go out of their way to be helpful. I have had the best shopping experiences at this location.

Each time I visit the store I get "quality" guidance and help.

I shop this Home Depot often and most of the time, if I need help or any assistance it is there and the associates know what's on sale and where it is in the store. I also love the clearance areas being in one location at the end caps.

SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THEY GOT SOME DIFFERENT AND NEW THINGS THAT I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT. IM HAVING SOME WORK DONE ON MY HOME AND I WAS TOLD THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE TO GO. ISAW SEVERAL THINGS IM GONNA COME BACK AND GET TO FIX UP MY HOME. IM ALSO GOING TO GET AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE KITCHEN CABINETS DONE. I WAS REALLY SUPRISED OF ALL THE NICE THINGS I SAW.THANKS HOME DEPOT, BEING ON A BUDGET WILL HELP ME GET THERE WITH YOUR PRICES.

Store poorly organized, staff particularly cashiers not helpful, not clean.

I rate this HD store w/ high marks because they merit it and offer what I need each time.

I have been impressed with the sales associates when I first enter the store. They can quickly help direct you to the area you need instead of walking the whole store and get out within a timely manner.

I appreciate great customer service so I was really happy with my experience at the store. I had just visited another store in which I had to beg for help to load heavy items into my car. So when I needed more mulch I decided to go to Home Depot. At Home Depot I didn't even have to ask. The associate stopped what he was doing when he saw I was ready and said let me help you load these items. He pushed the cart to the car and loaded the flowers and mulch for me. Great customer service is everything to me and will keep me returning. Keep up the awesome work in Lawn and Garden.

Evidently had the wrong skin color to get help from certain associates. this is the LAST time I will ever visit this or any Home Depot store

the store experience was great. It was quick and easy, the customer service was outstanding and very helpful. I like being able to purchase online and pick it up instore the same day!

Clean, Friendly Staff and easy to find items, but most of all it fits my budget.

wife and i are making a patio space under our carport. Thought i would make a tile platform for the grill. Sure looks nice with these tiles, pattern makes a circle. Been on a roll this past week with shelving in garage, patio, this small platform. We've done a little landscaping too going to do more. Have a one acre lot that we want to reduce the trimming and mowing with natural areas since we're getting older it's not much fun mowing for 2 solid hours. We like this Home Depot the only thing that's been a problem is when we order items online and pick up in the store. Most of the time we get an email that says our online order is ready then when we go to this store, it's not been pulled and we have to wait so kinda defeats the purpose of saving time. Overall everyone is very nice and helpful in this store. Just the online pickup section needs a little better organized or maybe the problem is short handed don't know. We love HD just a great one stop store.
