Very good customer services

This store has got to be the worst in Triad, the management team Audrey, Tyrone and Susan is very unprofessional. Nobody knows their job and is non-informative about policy and procedures.Their customer service is not consumer friendly and I never shop or step foot in this store ever again.

Great store to visit. I frequent this store because of the location, staff friendly, and the cleanliness of the store. The prices are reasonable with a great selection on whatever you may need.

It's nice to have friendly employees happy to help you find what you need, and try their best to answer your questions. Very satisfied customer!

I came into the Home Depot store on Feb. 25 to purchase paint and supplies. There were other items that I purchased while I was there. On my visit to the store I encountered six Home Depot employees. The first gentleman was a friendly, older white gentleman. Although he did not work in the appliance department, he assisted me locating a cleanser for my ceramic cooktop stove. He let me know that it was a pleasure to help me, and he thanked me for coming into the store. There was no one in the paint department. Upon searching the aisles for someone to help me I encountered a young man. He let me know that he did not work in the paints department, but he would try to help me. He did just that and he was very friendly. Sometime later, the young lady who actually worked in the paints returned. She took over in assisting me with the paint and items that I needed to purchase. I was indecisive about the exact color that I wanted. She was very patient and helpful, she was knowledgeable of the products and answered all of my questions. She had an very pleasant personality. Having everything that I need I headed to checkout. Upon arriving at the checkout counter, there was a young gentleman approaching talking loudly. I mentioned to him that he startled me. He made a jokingly remark and put me at ease.. Then there was sales cashier, Annette. She scanned my items, and I informed her that I had a digital coupon on my phone, but I thought there might be a better coupon because of the amount of my purchase. Her reply “ well you have to find it” Realizing that my original coupon would work best, I gave it to the cashier to scan from my phone. She had difficulty with the coupon. I informed her that it was stated on the coupon that the code could be entered. She ignored me and solicited help from another young lady who came over, entered the code for the coupon, and it worked. As I was looking at the items and prices on the pad, the cashier asked, “have you scanned your card?” My reply was “not yet” as I continued to make sure the priced were correct. The cashier tapped something on the register and the list disappeared. A then scanned my card. I wanted to choose the email receipt option, but before I could choose that option, the cashier completed the transaction and handed me the receipt. I asked if there was something that she could do so that my receipt could also be emailed. She ignored me. There was a customer who had just walked up, and she began to help her. I asked again about the email receipt, and without looking in my direction, she stated that that she could not. This lady’s attitude was very passive aggressive and rude.

Women @ this store are not knowledgeable where items are or even how to help the customer. They would not even know how to fix anything. Many customers would like the associates opinion how to answer their question. I shop at this location alot and have found in the last month or so these women are Helpless. Train them - Give them skill-set where items are and even how help the customer. Disappointed a great deal.

This is one of my favorite HD stores. I live within 8 miles of it and I can stop and browse often

Megan and Erica are two wonderful employees that you have working there. they were very helpful in helping me find the one I need and they were also very courteous. You need more employees just like these two. Thank you so much

Store and employees are great but the APP that lets you find things in the store is horrid.

Same thing it's the process that I experience problems with.

I would @ all times "Vote" for this Home Depot to receive an (A+) in service, knowledgeable associates and easy location while shopping.

I as the customer "Believe" this is the B-E-S-T Home Depot store, with great service, available product and clean atmosphere to shop.
