I found what I needed and was gone.

This has always been clean, including the parking lot. Its location is easily accessible from major roads. i have not met any employee who was not friendly and helpful eve loading my art with the heavier items.

This store is always clean and organized. They seem to have more products available than the other Home Depots stores in this area. The employees are always so helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Everyone there is super helpful and friendly! It is such a great experience every time I go! I found what i was looking for immediately and was in and out quickly with the help their wonderful staff. Not only did they help me located the items needed but they also did all the heavy lifting too.

Joyce helped get four large packs of doormats down from the top shelves. Then, she waited patiently with us to see if there was anything else we needed. It was definitely helpful and we appreciated her positivity. We will definitely visit this location again!

This store is clean, the isles are clearly marked and items are easy to find. If for some reason you can't find what your looking for, the staff are quick to aid you in your search.

Yesterday I made an online order. I called the store and the rep (ANGEL) immediately looked my information up and told me she would call me right back. Fifteen minutes later she called me back and said it would be ready shortly. When she realized there was only 2 instead of waiting for the rest of the day to pass, this rep called me back with a pleasant and kind voice telling me my order was ready for pickup. She also made sure I got the text and the email confirming my order. Her voice had a smile in it. Also after I picked up the order, I needed some spray paint. I saw a rep finishing up with another customer. I asked him where I could find the spray paint, he smiled and said I will show you, I said "No" I can find it. The rep said no I am going to walk you over and I will be glad to show you. It was on the other side of the store, he walked me over with a smile. I thought have I lost 125 pounds walking from the car to the store? did my hair grow down to my B? Did I get taller ? Is my figure 35-24-35? Do I have wings on my back? It was just wonderful along with the managers smile. (Nigel)

I live in Ridgeway, VA and shopped at this store to pick up an online order. The sales associates were very nice and helpful, and thanked me for shopping at their store. Thank you for a ray of sunshine in my dark time dealing with water in my basement.

Employees at this HomeDepot are excellent with great attitudes. I drove 46 miles to get the items that no other HomeDepot had in stock. I would do it again.
