Everyone was so helpful and I was able to find and get everything I needed to get today.

Went to Home Depot to buy heating ducts and related material. The associate whom I asked for products info was very knowledgeable and helpful.

S**y always (every time) brightens my day. While I dealing with idiots all day yelling at me on the phone, she realized it & took over and did everything for me so I could deal with the current situation. She is alway so happy and won't let me leave until I smiled. When the week or day has gone down the ______ she always turns it around.

We always have good results at this store. It is a convenient location, parking is easy and check out is never long. All employees are able to look up items if they are not familiar with the items.

We shop at this store often, so it would seem that we could become accustomed to the good experiences we have, but each time we go, we are happily surprised with the broad range of products available, the competence and kindness of the staff, and the ease of procuring what we came to get (as well as the fun we have while we are shopping).

We came into the store to look at carpet and Mary was busy helping customers so Justin from the paint department came over to see if he could answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the decision on which carpet to purchase and even helped us by putting samples on the floor for us to tell the difference between different carpet pads. After Mary was finished with the other customer, Justin handed us off to her to help us order the carpet and set up our measure date. (We weren't even planning on getting carpet that day, we were just looking, but between the two of them, they sold us!) We went back a few days later for paint and Justin was there again and he helped us quickly and efficiently, despite him being the only one around helping many customers. My fiancée and I were very impressed and just thought we should recognize excellent customer service! Thanks again!

went into the store to buy J-channel and corner pieces for siding and bought a washer and dryer instead. They where on sale and because we bought them together they gave us an additional 60 off them.

Had purchased wood to finish off some windows in my basement and after I started the project, I decided to finish them a different way and only used some of the finishing wood. Wasn't sure if the store would take back what I didn't use. Was pleasantly surprised that the store took back all that I returned with no hassle whatsoever. Thank you Home Depot for being customer friendly.

I came in to Home Depot in Okemos to purchase a plant for Valentines day...I bought two. When Dave from the garden department overheard my concern for getting them home because the heater was out in my vehical He offered to bring them home to me when he was done with his workday...WoW I was gratefully Overwhelmed...most people would have just wanted to 'get home' :) Dave made me wantto'Pay It Forward'

I usually head to the depot when i have a project. the staff is helpful at heading me inthe right direction and getting the things i need to do the job. always a pleasure and a job done right.

The associates at the Okemos store are knowledgeable or they know who to ask to get your question answered. Everyone is very friendly.

The two Home Depot Store Associates that work with me today are two of the best--they were so courteous and helpful, so willing to help me, even to the point of asking me if I needed help to get my piurchase to my car.

The products were well organized and easy to locate and the store was very clean. When I first walked into the store there was an associate there to greet me and to let me know that they were there to assist me in anything I needed assistance with. As I walked around the store any and all associates that I encountered ask me if I was finding what I was looking for and helped me when I needed the assistance.

Checked web sight for what I wanted and availability. Found just what I was looking for in aisle and bin that web site indicated. Pleasant cashier got in and got out in timely manner. Very pleasant experience.

Buying a new bathroom faucet for most of us men is not a big deal, but when your wife wants to pick it out, that all changes! An associate whose first name is Tom helped us out and took a lot of concern and pressure off me as he could answer and explain the many differences in products and warranties with an obvious great knowledge on the matter. He was very patient in helping my wife understand and she was able to make a choice she felt good about. I would definitely recommend this store to others!

From the minute I walked in there were associates available to answer questions or point you in the right direction. The employee that helped us buy our kitchen appliances was knowledgable of the products and promotions going on. She was very friendly and helped us through the whole process. Great employees!

"Invisible teamwork" happened at the Okemos Home Depot, because, an associate encountered at the entrance directed me to an isle to look for a product. When I got to that isle, another random associate, not knowing how I g0t here, asked me if assistance was needed. I has escorted to the location of the specific product I was searching for, in short order. When I returned to the front of the store, I was promptly asked if I was ready to check out. Good job everyone!

I've been shopping at Home Depot since Builder's Square closed. Home Depot nearly always has what I'm looking for in the store; sometimes I can order things online and have them shipped to the store. The people who work there are always helpful, and usually very knowledgeable.
