Clean store, plenty of helpful employees to ask so you don't have to wander aimlessly

I received far above and beyond support on my visit today. I left very, very pleased with the support of staff and product.

This team does a fantastic job on site working hard to make sure the customers are happy when they leave. Michelle and the team who run the kid workshops are amazing and my son loves coming to see them on Saturday builds. Cashiers are always friendly and playful with my kids and associates on the floor are always eager to help.

Cashier was rude and agitated that I did not hear his question about whether I wanted it in my Home Depot credit card. He then repeated it loud and slowly in a mocking manner. After my purchase he never asked if I wanted my plants in a bag so I did it myself. Also I earlier picked up a lawnmower that was in a large box. I wasn’t asked if I needed help getting it in my car.

The staff is so helpful we were looking for a lot of things and found all alligned except for some other which we can pick online thru' store, in a way it was good savings and learning to work ourself with the experienced team around of HD, I would love to say those savings i would intend to put it back in buying from HD again so that even they are kept happy and we as customers keep the trend in buying, help us to help you !!

The employees at this store absolutely saved me! I was at the Kroger store nearby when my car battery completely gave out. Someone tried to give me a jump with no success. I had my two little boys with me, so I put the smallest one in an umbrella stroller and trekked over to Home Depot. The people there were so friendly and helped me find the right battery. When I asked them for installation tips and explained my predicament, two gentlemen offered to drive the battery over to where my car was located and helped me install it. I don't think I could have done it without them! So above and beyond what is expected of store employees. I would recommend such a place to everyone!

Store is clean and friendly and close to my home and work. Layout is very good with products easy to find. I use this store for my home projects as well as materials for my High School Art Class. Highly recommended!

My cashier today, Sarah, worked diligently to make sure that checkout was complete in a timely manner. She also helped another customer wrap long pieces of trim to ensure the safe delivery of their purchase home.

The man in the paint dept was very fast even though he was very busy. He showed my daughter how to mix paint and gave her a paint stirrer! The greeter gave my girls stickers and asked them what they like to help them pick out the stickers they like. The cashier made my cranky two year old laugh. Thanks to this store for being so great with kids; they actually thought going there was fun!

I recently bought some metal edging for landscaping and I was very pleased with the help I got from Tom. Not only did he match a competitors pricing, he also allowed my Military Discount. I also experience more personnel in Home Depot that can help you as compared to other stores. I appreciate them honoring military.

I was purchasing a Ryobi inflator deflator and the battery and charger. Jake helped me find everything I needed. I really appreciated that. It would’ve taken me a while to find everything I needed. Thanks again.
