Great employees who are more then willing to help

The little, condescending, twerp in flooring Justin has no sense of Customer Service or respect for others. Thanks to Susy at the Customer Service Desk, both times, she was a delight and deflected and respectfully explained everything to me in a professional way, calming me down and even made me smile.

Most Store associates are very helpful and go out of their way to help. I gave 4 stars because of a unpleasant experience while renting the HD Van in November 2018. The tyre pressure alarm was on and the 'Pro Desk' didn't think it was important. So that spoils my 5 years of experience with them.

Hi, I don't normally do this, but I have to give a shout out to Home Depot #2723. I needed to make some appliance purchases for a new house... Not something I do every day. A big purchase for me. The employees here were knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me. They made sure I had measured correctly and they stayed late because I got there just before closing - it was the only time I would be able to get those appliances on sale before the sale ended. Also, this is the cleanest Home Depot I've visited, and everyone there was helpful and upbeat. This is my Home Depot store from now on. I would recommend it to everyone. Sorry other Depot's. Go to this Home Depot and they will take care of you. Thanks again Cliff.

This store is the location I always go to. In the last year I have noticed the staff are much more helpful and friendly. I’m thinking there is a new manager OR there is a new training program. I really enjoyed my last visit and I spent $500!

Each time I have been to this store, I have received very competent service from associates. I have looked for small electrical equipment and have purchased a washer. Each time, I was assisted so well. I appreciate the staff at this store. I am happy we have such a great store in Okemos. It has always been clean and the parking lot is well - maintained. Thank you!

Better cleaner store with nicer employees than Waverly road Home Depot

although the sale took a long time, [45 minutes from contact with salesman to out the door,] my salesman was very polite and helpful, his ID code is, mxe01lf. He checked the other stores to see if they had my dishwasher in black. he also was able to get the price adjusted to the price I was quoted 2 days earlier at the Jackson store. [I had sat down to pay for it, but the salesman there told me to go home and verify what hook up my old dishwasher had, hardwire or plug in. I came to the Okemos store today because I was heading that way anyway, and wanted to see if they had the black one in stock. Instead I got stuck with white, but at least for the original price that was quoted 2 days earlier. my only complaint would be to carry more black appliances, that's a popular color scheme still. people are going to get sick of all that stainless steel all the stores are pushing real quick, IMO!!

Went here to get a specific dishwasher, found models to look at and got great assistance from staff for the purchase.

You have an employee (Shania Farquhar) that needs an award for Customer Service of the Year! Never have I've had an employee assist the purchase on line while at the Service desk. Blown away by her Customer Service!

I love how Home Depot appeals to so many different people... Mr Construction, Ms. Gardener, painters, Do-it-Yourself'ers.... I found what I was looking for and more with the help of an associate. HDO hires many skilled tradespeople with great customer service skills that steer you to the right product. As a female homeowner, I feel lucky to tap into staff expertise to get me through my home improvement projects from start to finish. Okemos Home Depot rocks! They keep their inventory up to area needs very well. I believe that the store manager is a great leader. They do special things with their employees to keep the moral up like dress up days and special treatment for pro customers. Nick is a scream and he knows the store well. I love it that they hire our Veterans. ❤️❤️❤️

We highly recommend shopping at this store because the prices are great and the "stockers" even took time out to show us exactly where everything we needed could be found. Outstanding public relation people. Great prices and everything we needed. We even had some things shipped out of state to Oregon to a town that didn't have a Home Depot and it was so dimple that we will do it more often, we can't thank you enough for all the services provided!!!

We worked with Mark in the appliance department at the Okemos, MI Home Depot store and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of appliances we were considering and took a lot of time in helping us with our order.

I have always had good experiences at Home Depot and this store is as good as they get. Everyone is human and has a off day now and then but the employees at this store really do well to put a smile on their face and put their best foot forward. If I ever have a bad experience that I feel justifies notifying a higher up I would not hesitate to put in a complaint, however this has never been the case at this store.

The store and restroom were clean. We did have assistance. Our associate was very friendly and helpful.

Ken in Plumbing was a great help to me today. He cut and threaded pipes for me! He was obviously the "go to guy" in his area because his phone never stopped ringing and other employees came to him for answers. While Ken did not project a warm and caring persona, he did soften when we conversed. Ken is really smart and a huge asset to the plumbing department. You need more like him at the store!

I remember not too many years ago you would be lucky to even find a clerk to help you let alone them knowing how to help. Because of that, we quit going there for quite a while. But recently, we have noticed a great improvement in staffing and knowledge and it is now our number one go to store.
