I got minimal help at the checkout line. The lady at the customer service section was rude. Very unhelpful. I never got the problem resolved.

This Home Depot location has the best customer service. Demetrice helped my family and made our shopping experience so easy. I will only shop at this location.

If you need help in plumbing, ask for Mike. He did a GREAT job!!!

I can’t remember the last time I received such quality service from multiple employees and one visit to retail store. Britton, Jordan and Evangeline were three individuals that were very kind and helpful during my visit.

Britton was so helpful and took care of us without hesitation. So thankful that he was there to assist us!

Staff is very helpful as are cashiers. This makes a difference. I appreciate it.

I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant with some big home repairs to do. James, The Tool Tech, in the rental department and Bryan in the sheetrock department went above and beyond to help me achieve the perfect rental truck with the perfect materials needed for the job. They even had it loaded before I was out the door! James was efficient in the truck rental return process and these guys really made a woman feel welcome and safe. I even learned quite a bit! Thanks y'all.

No matter what time we go to Home Depot, the employees are always friendly and willing to assist. The store is kept organized as can be expected and clean.

I was purchasing my first Tuff Shed. It was easy to design it online and I had so much help from Harry. The manager, assistant manager, and the cashier who helped me were all awesome! I paid on a card I didn’t really want to use. They let me go back up, refund it, create a new order so I could pay with my home depot credit card with 24 months no interest. This store was amazing! Thank you!

Glad that I know now where I can go to find this particular light bulb! My house has all different kinds. Glad these 2 associates took the time to help me find it!

Have used this store for many years. It is convenient location most of the jobs I have. Have got to know some of the guys at pro desk by name and the usually know mine. Then there is Darius , good help outside and interesting guy, always in a good mood.

I went to the East Lubbock store today (11/18/2022) to order ceramic flooring. They had difficulty finding the product in the store (even though the website showed it was in stock). I spent over half an hour while the associates tried to find it. They couldn't find the tiles, but agreed to deliver it to my home. An hour later the store called to tell me they actually did not have the tiles in stock and would not get them again. I told the person who called, "I'm very disappointed to hear that." The person from the store then asked when I can come back to the store so they could refund my money. No effort to try to keep my business (over $900 purchase), and in fact seemed more interested in finishing the phone call as soon as they could. I'm going to look at purchasing my floor tiles somewhere more interested in actually earning my business.

Happy camper! Will buisnes again. Had the items I needed when 2 other did not. Prices were reasonable. Cashier was friendly

Literally went in for an exchange i had forgot the card i had just used for the purchase their policy requires the card used I totally get that but being condescending and repeating over and over we don’t do switch outs and mouthing off as im walking away completely unacceptable

We purchased a washer/dryer. Were told we were out of delivery range & could not pick up at store due to not doing that anymore. We had it delivered at daughter's house in Lubbock. We were told by delivery guys they could have delivered w/d to our home & installed it also.

No help from any employees from time I entered to time I left. Had to load a couple hundred pounds of bagged sand and Maneuver the heavy cart through the store, employees just looked at me and went back to what they were doing.

I am disabled and used your scooter as I knew I would be in various locations throughout the store. I found the aisles to be somewhat narrow to navigate with the scooter and there was re-stock merchandise inconveniently off-loaded and several aisles were blocked.

Home depot rep Margie was very helpful.

When trying to leave the store the shopping cart locked a wheel preventing me from using it to take my purchases to my vehicle. After looking around and not finding any store personnel to help, I had to gather up my boxes and carry them out without the cart.
