The gas firepit I picked up was amazing; the store associate Ruben was great and knew his stuff. I came to get a regular wood firepit and he convinced me that the gas firepit was nicer but also on sale, and a better buy.

My plumber is having some problems right now so I'm going to install my Price Pfistrer kitchen sink faucet set. So, I here to pick up what I think I need. Found parts easily and check out was quick. Now the fun begins.

They take to long to come to you and when you ask them something they make faces and when you ask them that you need help they take long

Trying to purchase paint at 6pm on a Wednesday. Waited 30 minutes after asking an employee is there someone working in the department. She called, over the loud speaker she started customer needs help in paint department. After 30 minutes still no one came. Proceeded to checkout to pay for some snake away. I approached the registers, 2 employees, no other customers standing in line. I employee working at the computer the other one pick up her phone and proceeded to make a personal phone call. I stand there for a few minutes then she asks if she could help. I said please. I left feeling I don’t want to come back here again. I’ve been coming to this location on Chantilly since they opened. Haven’t always gotten the best service, but never this bad. I was truly disappointed.

Had some issues with the purchase and delivery of a riding lawn mower. Emily at the Chantilly store, Customer Service was outstanding. Professional and nice to work with. She needs a raise and a promotion!

The people at this store are very kind , and helpful

Bought material needed to close in deck. Was able to find all of the items I needed. The cashier was extremely helpful and friendly.

Clerk that stands there while you check yourself out was rude... Asked a question, poor answer, then was told to do what i want to, while walking away... only to come back and argue with me as someone else was actually trying to help....

I checked out at the cs desk because my knee was hurting and I parked in the handicap, with my handicap plate. After being checked out, I pointed to the soda on the counter and asked about my free one since they didn't tell me about the survey. They told me that they were NOT cashiers and I would need to have checked out down at the regular check outs for that. I asked why they had the soda and sign there and they said it was just for advertising. Obviously they did not want to give a free soda due to the lack of them doing their job. Very poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! This Home Depot proves that customer service, though scarce by enlarge, is still alive and well here in this location. Keep that up! This is extremely refreshing! Cudoos to the management and staff.

I will go to no other big box home improvement store because of the customer service I recieved from a helpful and considerate CSR. A dedicated employee that makes Home Depot a better store.

I purchased a few things and had to return to the store to swap an item (my own error). Both times I experienced great customer service. Employees acknowledging me, engaging in conversation, willingly offering to help me instead of sending me to whoever was available next. I’ve not found good customer service in many stores lately, so this experience set your store apart.

Had a very professional experiance

I have used The Home Depot for previous major appliance purchases. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable associates, we decided to buy from Home Depot again for this major refrigerator purchase. We were also pleased to discover that Home Depot uses its own delivery service and discontinued the contract affiliation.

The last two times I visited the Chantilly Pky store I encountered apathetic, verging on rude, uninformed, unhelpful staff.

It was a great shopping experience. Cheray in customer service sets a great example of what an excellent employee should be like.

No one works in this store that is willing to help customers. Pro desk does not care about contractors,

Caleb in HVAC took time to locate and load items in another department due to my recent surgery. Great professional.

I had to buy some paint and was advised on how much I needed and was told what rollers would work best with the paint I was buying

I asked directions on finding an object and instead was taken to it, which was hidden behind other merchandise

Kei was so helpful and friendly. She took her time explaining and making sure I was happy about the side by side refrigerator I selected. Great customer service and have lots of skills and patience.

Store manager refuse to issue store credit on less than 40.00 purchase due to not paying with a verifiable credit card. I lost the receipt and only wanted to exchange for the right product

This store has amazing associates, always clean, and always in stock if they have the item

The store I shopped at was in Birmingham,Al on Hwy. 280. Very nice customer service !

He and some of the other employees were very courteous and friendly. For above and beyond to help find what you need. Very nice and clean and well stocked. We will come back.
