I'm beginning some painting projects in my first home and was astounded by the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of Mike in the paint department. He made sure I was familiar with all of my different options and helped to make sure that my purchases fit the needs of my specific project and lifestyle. I probably would have spent at least an hour figuring it all out on my own, but instead was out within 20 minutes because of Mike's help. This was the first time I've had a full interaction with an employee of this store and I was incredibly impressed! Fast, easy, friendly, and got exactly what I needed.

I needed to repair my toilet and needed assistance with picking out the right product to accomplish this task. Scott in the plumbing isle was very professional and helpful in pointing out the right procuct to fix my problem. I would also like to mention how friendly and professional the cashier (Nicholas) was. I always have a very positive experience when shopping at the Home Depot. I found the sore to be neat and clean and all the employees I came in contact were friendly and helpful.

An employee named Bill, who looks like Santa Clause, helped me locate the product I was looking for. His information about the product helped me decide on which item to purchase. He was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I appreciated his expert opinion and information. The store was neat and reasonabley clean and the associates I came in contact were helpful and friendly.

I mistakenly purchasced a wrong product and needed to return it. Chris the employee that assisted me was professional and very polite. There was no issue with my return and he gave me an instore credit. The whole return process was painless and much easier than I had expected. I found the store to be genuinely neat and clean and the employees that I worked with were friendly and helpful.

Gina and Scott in the plumbing isle were very helpful in pointing me in the direction of the product I was looking for and explaining the details of the various thermoustats. In addition, the cashier Aniessa was very cheerful pleasant as she had several customers to check out and treated each one with a very professional attitude. I love shopping at the Home Depot.

The store was clean and products easy to find plus seasonal displays were interesting, as always. Two associates asked if we needed help during our last visit; we didn't but it was very nice they asked. We've come to this store many times since we moved to Spokane one year ago.

I like to shop and I like good service. Home Depot is a great place to purchase whatever you need for your home project needs. The employees are very helpful and I like that. Also good inventory of supplies, this saves me a lot of time so I don't have to run all over town looking for whatever I need.

Simple questions should be met with simple answers, not employees rolling their eyes!

Worst customer service experience in returns. I will be shopping at Lowe's. The cashier acted as though I was bothering her. She didn't count the money out to me....just placed it on the counter. worst experience I've ever had. I won't be bothering her again.

Cashier went above and beyond by getting a cart for me and rounding up two young men to help me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and everyone was super friendly. Very satisfied!

There seems to be a lot of reviews about this store denying a veteran a discount. I have NEVER EVER been denied a military discount at this or any other Home Depot. I've made small purchases and very large purchase and every time, my military/veteran status has been acknowledged with a 10% discount. All that I am required to do is show proof, which in my opinion is a perfectly reasonable way for Home Depot to verify that the person asking for 10% off is, in fact, active duty/Reservist/Guard/veteran/dependent. If you cannot provide proof, then you should not expect a discount. Furthermore, this store offers at least 4 veteran parking spots. I think Home Depot goes above and beyond to recognize members of the military and their dependents. I am in no way affiliated with Home Depot; I'm just a U.S. Air Force retiree who shops at Home Depot at least once a week.

The employees are always cheerful, helpful, very knowledgeable and give great tips. The staff always make sure I am finding what I am looking for. Quality products. I love this location.
