Associates are always willing to help when you have questions. Appreciate the fact that if they don't know the answer they will find another associate who does instead of pretending they know what they are talking about.

Home Depot is what all hardware stores should strive to be. The staff is readily available, helpful and friendly. the store is neat, clean and products are easy to find. A great shopping experience overall.

They matched HH Greggs special promotion as quick as a bunny that was great besides that we had a 10% coupon from Home Depoit so we saved over 200 bucks the sales people we delt with put up with us as we had a lot on our mind we got a Laundry pair ,counter tops Lawn mower,doors ect

The product I was looking for was easy to find and readily available. The cashier was helpful and and respectful.

store was clean and found everything good just had to wait a little longer than I wanted to have an associate custom cut some blinds, but she did a great job.

We were in need of a shoplight for our basement and were approached by Kurt in the electrical department. Kurt took the time to take us right to the fixtures and explained the different choices we had. He answered our questions and was very helpful. He also helped us find a couple of other items we needed. Fast and friendly checkout too.

I found the store very comfortable to shop in. The only problem was minor, it was a little difficult to locate the free samples of flooring to take home for review on several of the flooring options. They were in the general area but took some searching to find. The staff was friendly and helpful from the entry through the check outs, even into the parking lot.

We were greeted at the front door by an associate. Extremely friendly and helping people with carts. You really dont see that anymore in business's and we were very impressed. I couldn't find a specific product and a store associate helped within seconds. Checkout was very friendly and helpfull. THESE are the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you Home Depot

Two of the staff in home appliances were VERY helpful. One was knowledgeable about the features and performances of various dishwashers and microwave items I was exploring. I returned later and while he was on lunch break, the other was helpful while writing up my order, and apologized profusely when the computer system was causing problems. Both were friendly and personable.
