Unbelievable assistance from Assist. Mgr., in choosing a product best suited to my needs. Not only extremely knowledgeable about product, but willing to check on line for price differences, and product comparisons.

We were gifted one item twice. We then returned on to the store. The customer service representative was very helpfull, and pointed us in the right direction for our purchases.

Had a great shopping experience in the heating dept. because of the help of Store Associate, Bing. The fireplace that I wanted was at the Wausau store and Bing went to the Wausau store and picked up the unit I wanted. This is exceptional service and I will be shopping more at this(Appleton) Store.

I searched online for what I was looking for and found it at Home Depot. The fabulous thing was the website not only had what I wanted but also showed me where I could find it at my local store, nearly exact location inside the store with a layout map of the store. What a fantastic idea, kudos to those that came up with the idea..definitely makes shopping so much easier.

Julie (cashier by lumber) was helpful in calling for someone to assist me. Erica of Garden - came to me at service desk, walked with me to each item and offered options for what you did not have in stock. Then walked w me to lumber (where my husband was) to explain options and show us them for protecting trees from rabbits this winter.

Steve, in hardware, had the items that I had requested from another store waiting for me and then when there was a price discrepancy, he came to the cashier's counter to resolve it. It was amazing. Thank them again and Happy Holidays!
