The store was clean and everything was laid out and easy to find. I found and ordered my appliances and was ready to go within half an hour!

I went in looking for something that I couldn't find at another BIG BOX Store. went in to right department told the young man what my issue was and he show'd the difference between two products which did make me HAPPY. thank you... I was running out of time

Yes I did find what I was looking for as I shop their regularly and know where most things are and if I need assistance most times someone is available to help locate the item. The store is clean and well organized. The associates are friendly and helpful.

I was looking to replace some base kitchen cabinets and the employee who placed the order for me was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She knew just what I needed to finish off the cabinets. Being able to see my cabinet configuration on the computer in "3-D" was great. I had previously gone to a wholesale cabinet making place and they were not nearly as helpful, there was no "3-D" image for me to look at and their customer service was poor. No one would return my phone messages. Plus, their price was higher. Very pleased with Home Depot.

I would go to Appleton East store just to visit Joe and Karen L in plumbing. They were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Made me smile. Something I needed.

Store is clean and well organized and was easy to get to, We were able to find the right products that fit our needs, the sales associates were very knowledgeable about the different products we were looking at and took the time to understand our goals. They gave us the confidence we needed to go forward with our project along with knowing we selected the right product for the job ! Thanks

The people in the store were very helpful and friendly. I have not ever been in a store before that was so helpful without me going to look for help. We found the item we were looking for right away.

The people here are so amazing and friendly. I had forgotten a sweatshirt while at the store loading lumber. As soon as I got home I realized. They had employees look in that department and 5 minutes later they told me they found it and were holding it so I could get it the next morning. Amazing people!
