Each time I have been in HOME DEPOT recently, there are plenty of employees to handle all of our needs. Everyone is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The storre is clean and mostly well stocked. The plants are beautiful with a wide selection.

I have what most people would call an obsession with plants. I call it a harmless overabundance of enthusiasm for plants. Either way this particular Home Depot, has THE best plant selection ever! It changes often and is such a diverse collection! From cacti and other succulents to more exotic plants...I can feed my need for greenery and its so quality! Also, the employees are a delight! Thank you!!

Bought 5 gallons of BEHR MARQUEE interior paint.........best paint ever!

I am so pleased with Home Depot. This was the only store that had a large quantity of Christmas items.

Recent check out experience via the self checkout did not take the coupon, it appeared to, but upon review of the receipt it did not. The only way the store would rectify was to go to customer service, return and re-ring all the items that my family was already carrying to the car. Store manager was no help either. I am a credit card holder for more than 20 years and frankly the idea that consumers are having to self checkout while employees stand around is just terrible. And to resolve by doing something they should have done the first time is such a waste of resources and my time. Likely to never shop here again. Likely to cancel my credit line as well.

Tried to check out at about 9:30 Saturday morning garden center was active, but not crowded; only 1 cashier working. One person in front of me had 6 or 8 typical items. Cashier took more than TEN minutes to check-out this customer; the customer apologized & acknowledged the extremely long & annoying wait. The cashier had convinced the customer to apply for a credit card while eight other customers waited in line. The cashier was rude when I approached & asked about the unnecessary & long wait!

The store was neat and orderly. My item was exactly where it was supposed to be. The staff was very friendly and willing to help!

Had an issue with a big cabinet ordered from homedepot.com but picked up at this location. Even though Manager Josh advocated for me with them, they were not helpful. So Josh made it right and I left a satisfied customer. Josh is great asset to Home Depot and this store. Thanks.

You had lots of employees but it seemed like not all of them could help with what I needed help with. They were all friendly enough, but less helpful than I would have hoped for. The parking lot is a nightmare to get into and out of, but that is just the traffic around that particular location. I did self-service checkout because there were no people available to man cash registers -- if that is Home Depot policy going forward, I am underwhelmed by that strategy and winning the $5,000 lottery for responding to the shoppers survey would be a pyrrhic victory, wouldn't it?

Great store with very helpful and engaging employees. Everyone should shop at the Home Depot.

I needed help with a particular issue and the manager on duty, Nick, was excellent! He helped me with my issue and followed up to make sure my I had everything I needed.

Ghada was so sweet at checkout and sympathetic to us having a fussy toddler and made the experience all that much better for us by getting us expedited and leaving with a smile

I recently purchased an appliance online from out of town for my aging mother. The appliance was delivered to her home but was not operating properly despite a service attempt to correct the problem. I flew into Charleston to resolve the matter. I went to the store, explained and provided video proof of the issue and management resolved it on the same day. That level of customer service shaved many pounds of stress off of me. I strongly recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Great customer services. The stock of items on shelves is tracked better than most stores. Prices are great but the people who work here keep me coming back.

Shopped there on a Friday and it went well. Went in through the garden center and was greeted by Cashier. Later I would meet Michael on the way out. He was very helpful and friendly. He made sure he kept his lane moving. Great job Michael!!!

Actually, it was the Magwood Road store. It is my ‘go/to’ store for plants, building and repair products, and lighting. Products are arranged logically, the environment is clean and everyone is willing to help me find stuff.

They did not have the particular plants I wanted, but found some different plants that could be used in my yard.

I've been thru here multiple times and everyone is very helpful and kind. Recently did a return of some extra product to a cashier, Vicky. She was so bright and cheery. It was hot in the store and I could tell she was uncomfortable/tired but she was still so sweet and friendly, even on a simple transaction. I bet she's excellent people to work with.

Store was neat and clean. Stuff is always in stock. If you have a return or customer service thing make sure to ask for Selicia she is awesome.

Good place to buy a grill. Was in and out in minutes. Cashier Reba was very nice!

We are renovating our home and unexpected things come up. We know to just head to this Home Depot to get what we need. If we go somewhere else first we just waist our time as other stores normally don't have what we are looking for in stock. Home Depot in West Ashley has friendly staff and what we need. The Paint department has an exceptional lady working that is very helpful and knowledgable. Wish I could remember her name.

I came in with a list of products that I needed and was able to find everything. I needed assistance in the paint department. I had to go up front to have the person paged. Once he arrived, he was helpful in assisting me in selecting chalk paint and primer for a project I’m working on. Also, when I was walking thru another department, a nice man up on a ladder asked me if I needed any assistance. The store is clean and easy to walk thru. I will definitely be back again.
