HD is the only store which stocks a particular style of gardening concrete edging block within reasonable driving distance, 75 miles. The best part is that it is far enough from the city of Charlotte where seniors feel safe

We needed to update our kitchen to prepare for home sale. We received quotes from several different granite vendors in the area. We wanted to check Home Depot before making a decision. Home Depot had the best price. $2,000 less than all other quotes. We were so fortunate to work with Joe Bauman / Kitchen & Bath. Our experience was fantastic. Thank you Joe & Home Depot. We have to install new floors and will be returning in a couple of weeks. :) See you soon!

I cam in to this location to do a return on something that was the wrong size and purchase a dremmel cutting & sanding kit. Every employee that i passed stopped to see if i needed help and introduce themselves to me. The person in the tool department was already with a customer, but she was able to assist me at the same time saving me wait time. She was very helpful and friendly. She knew everything I needed answers to and gave good recommendations. She even went as far as to show me examples. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Home Depot

Good store experience, would like to see more variety of screws and fasteners.......

I am usually pleased with Home Depot... However, today I waited 30 minutes to get two bails of pine straw loaded. I called store after 15 minutes and again after 30 minutes. When he finally came, he was very nice.

See above: The customer should have the option of having a cashier or if in a hurry doing their checkout. This store directs everyone to the self checkout area.

Schedule a design with Joe in kitchens. He got the design done quickly, making sure to ask good questions to help make the best decision as to what we actually needed. We are remodelling are kitchen to prep our home to sell. We found out that some needed repairs were not going to require removing the old cabinets, so we considered refacing our current ones (builder grade, nearly 40 years old). On another visit to this same store, ran into Joe. He remembered me, and my project. He let us know that our cabinets were currently 20% off with the countertops being 10% off. That changed things up, and we eventually came in and purchased them, saving enough to be able to upgrade our stove as well. Everytime we visit this store we have had great customer service, and have had plenty of experiences with associates going above and beyond. That is why we continue to return to this store for our purchases.

Good store but you can never find anyone to help you and for the life of me you can never never ever find a cart in the lumber section. There always outside. Iv had to put back all my stuff and go outside and go get a cart. Or like yesterday 6/30/2015 i had to carry a 4x8 piece of plywood out under my arm with 2bags of stuff because there was no carts or help. P.s. did not even get asked if i needed help.

The Item I wanted was not in stock, however, under the circumstances the store associate spoke to the manager, explain my situation, and sold me the floor display. ( here is my situation, second Harvest food bank gave my Church food pantry several cases of frozen foods. although we had two freezers, we needed a third in an emergency, and Mr.Bauman and Home Depot came through for us. I was very satisfied with the ability to go into the store and quickly and easily find what I needed.

Staff member was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He helped to identify errors I had made ordering some of the wrong supplies. Obviously, this saved me both time and heartache of having to return and trade out the (wrong) supplies. He was also very "user friendly" and I really liked he recognized I was military as he thanked me for my 24 years of honorable service. It is always good to be appreciated! I absolutely love the store!

If you need guidance in finding the right paint for the job this is the place to be IF Ray is working! He knows how to direct you to making the right color choice, knows what type of paint you need to cover what paint is already in place and is very pleasant to deal with. His advice was spot-on. I was hoping to have my small project done before my husband got home and I was able to accomplish what I wanted. Thank you Ray!!!!

The items needed were located prior to the visit to the store online. One of the pieces was a bit tricky to find even though when found they had plenty available items.

great associate: the service desk sure needs a lot of help, We were there for kitchen design spent approx 21,000.00, this was all conducted in the aisle, cannot tell you how many times I was bang into by people pushng carts, and how many intruptions that the designer had to field . this is crazy, this design work should be done in a private area!!!!

After searching for the perfect Washer/Dryer for my daughter who lives in Asheville, NC, I found the Maytag Bravos on the Home Depot website at the best price. Thinking this would be a real hassle to buy in Charlotte and have everything installed in Asheville, I trudged off to my Home Depot on Albemarle Rd. I had phoned the store earlier and knew my Associate would be Nelson. Wow! Nelson was readily available and very knowledgeable about our course of action. I purchased the appliances at 10% off and 6 months, no interest. Nelson answered all my questions and was a super nice man. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase and with the overall store experience. I definitely recommend this store. Thank you, Home Depot!!

Educate floor associates on products and location of products in store...including customer service personnel and mgt. staff

The associate that helped me with my shopping was a pleasure to work with. Although he was supposed to be working in another department he came over to the storage department and helped me pick out all the things necessary to do a closet remodel job for my home that I am working on. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the things that I needed and made my experience at the store enjoyable.

I came into the store looking at cabinets to match what I already had. The very helpful associate suggested I bring in a cabinet door so we could match the design and color, since the ones that I have are builder grade cabinets. I explained to him what I was looking to do and he came up with a couple of designs for me to look at and to choose the best one for my needs. I was very pleased with the time he spent with me.
