The store was clean and the associates were extremely helpful in sending and or accompanying me to the specific aisles looking for product.

John did a great job of helping me find and verify I had everything I was looking for, and needed, and then even loaded it all into my Jeep .(only had marginal space available ). Cathy, at the register was very pleasant and helped me use my new debit card properly in the card reader.

I ordered the item on-line and picked up at the store. The associate that helped with the pickup was knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering online was easier than shopping for it.

I went in to get a programmable thermostat by Honeywell and it was readily available. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes.

Good service, I found everything I need in store. staff is very helpful.

Self checkout only. Have yet to see cashiers. Difficult to check out items that don't fit on scanner.

During my early morning shopping I was very happy to see the store in order with just being one day past Christmas.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND SEVERAL ASSOCIATES GREETED ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. THOSE WHO DID HELP ME WERE VERY HELPFUL. NO CLUE WHAT SIZE I NEEDED IN WOOD CLAMPS BOTH ASSOCIATES WERE WILLING TO HELP ME DECIDE. EVEN HAD AN ASSOCIATE HELP ME IN LIGHT BULBS SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES IN THE LIGHTING COLOR. THANKS AGAIN.

I was greeted at the door and asked If I needed help to find anything which was a nice way to be greeted. I asked for help with moulding for a home project and the associate was more than helpful and took his time to help me. I was also help in the paint dept. and lighting dept. My visit was quicker and easier than I thought it would be. I have never been disappointed shopping at Home Depot.

It was VERY refreshing having friendly and knowledgable sales associates to interact with during my most recent visit. My black chalk board sheets were custom cut in the lumbar dept. and I wish I would have gotten his name!! Good service continued with the cashier. Thanks Home Depot!!

When preparing to buy new kitchen appliances, we found Home Depot to have the best prices. The associate, Scott, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about appliances. We had a great experience.

I was happy the cashier asked if wanted to open a credit card account. I like Ryobi tools.

AN ASSOCIATE GREETED ME AT THE DOOR AND IMMEDIATELY DIRECTED ME TO THE WINDOW COVERING AREA. AN ASSOCIATE AT THE DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHOWED ME SEVERAL SAMPLES, GIVING ME BOOKS TO TAKE HOME. TWO DAYS LATER SHA WAS AGAIN AVAILABLE TO IMMEDIATELY ASSIST ME IN PLACING MY ORDER.THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING MY NEW BLINDS, HOPEFULLY IN A LITTLE MORE THAN 2 WEEKS -- CONSIDERING THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.

I went in to buy a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Scott Shroyer was the associate who helped me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products I had picked out. He made my experience so easy. My mom was with me and he could tell she was getting tired, he went and got a chair for her to sit while we completed our transaction. That is customer service at its best.

THE STORE IS WELL LAID OUT AND STUFF IS EASY TO FIND. THE STAFF ARE ALSO ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Chris went above and beyond in helping me decide how best to upgrade the deadbolts for the doors to my 120 year old home. He was patient, kind, and offered great recommendations based on his own personal experience upgrading the locks to his condo. He was quick to offer to assist me as soon as I approached his general space, and he was friendly and cheerful throughout the whole process. I may not have ended up buying anything at all without his help. Chris even took the extra step to open up boxes so that I could inspect the finishings and the design of the keyless locks that I was considering. I ended up making a completely different purchase based on that fact alone; there were no samples out on the sales floor, so I would have made a poor purchase just from looking at the box alone. Chris made sure that I had all my questions and curiosities answered. He was a pleasure to work with!
