Very proffesional service and well kept enviroment

Kae, Susan and Jared made my purchase so delightful and easy. I had never purchased patio furniture from Home Depot and they made sure that the order was correct, the items available and all was safely loaded into my truck!

Great customer service. The sales associate helped us load a lawnmower into our cart, took us to a cashier, and then pushed it out to our truck and loaded it. Very friendly and helpful.

When the first associate I approached didn't have all the answers, he paged for another plumbing associate, who came off his break to help me. He completely understood my issue and offered a solution which worked out well. The fact that he came off break, then thanked me for my business when we finished up was refreshing to me.

I'm a big fan of Home Depot and this store is one of the best. Everyone here is helpful and courteous and will escort me to whatever I'm searching for.

Michael, who worked on the customer service desk (on 4/9/18), probably should not be there. I brought in a toilet for an EXCHANGE. He returned my toilet and when I said what about my new toilet, he directed me to the toilet aisle. I told him, "No, I know exactly what I want...I want to complete my order," and showed him the toilet on my phone. He said, "Ummmm, I'm getting a line." There was one person behind me and another walked up. I just said, "OK," and walked away. He promptly said to the man behind me, "Sorry about that," referring to me. Not sorry about your wait, sorry about "that". You must not think that there are any female contractors in Gahanna and New Albany. Poorly done, Home Depot, poorly done.

I will never buy another thing here, and will tell everyone I know about my terrible experience. I came in to buy a tool box that was advertised a week earlier, for $498. It was also currently on the website for $498. I came in to pick up the tool box only to see it’s been marked at $598. I asked why it went up, no one knew. I also noticed that a MUCH larger version of the box was marked at the same price, $598. I double checked online once more, it was marked $498. The manager came over, extremely rude to me, told me the prices are what the scanner says and it doesn’t make a difference if it makes sense or what the website says. as cashier promised to remove $50 from the bigger box to gain my purchase, the manager did everything he could to take away that promise including saying it was only off of the smaller box - again, they were both marked at $59. Will never buy here again.

This location is always a nice one to go to.

I am here in the Columbus area almost twice a month because my wife is an Army reservists and needs me as company to get through A rough patch after coming home from deployment so, I get to do some planning for our own home projects while I have this down time to do so and this is where I come to do my purchases for the off weekends that were home. And now this store is my home away from home store because like they say, if you want a friend, be a friend and these guys and gals are the best for bouncing subjects off of. I like this orange store because it's my stress relief when I shop in here. Thanks Columbus store!

I told the checkout assistance about the employee who didn't want to help me and she said that some of the other employees treat her not very nice. She is a delight to anyone's day just by her smile. Most of the checkout assistances are very nice.

I enjoy going into my neighborhood store and I get helpful advice about products I need .Being not too knowledge about hardware I rely on the experience of the employees that work at Home Depot.

This store is overall clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly. There need to be more trained employees in the custom departments to assist customers and answer questions.

Found everything I needed for household projects. If they did not have a particular item, they will help you order something not in the store.
