We use this store quite frequently. We are always greeted by friendly helpful staff. We have been in other stores which were not properly staffed. We love the East Haven Home Depot!

Came in to pick up items for My Lawm, Garden and Bathroom. Cashier gave no hassle when I showed her prices cheaper online for a few items with my iPhone. I will return to this store whenever I can. Great Job to Geoffrey the Store Manager. I see a big difference in customer service!!

East Haven Home Depot has continually impressed me with outstanding customer service I have not received in other stores.

The store is very well put together, all of the sales are right on the end caps when you walk in the door and if you need any help finding something there is always someone near by to go well above and beyond out of their way to assist you.

Special recognition to Tom/Ron in Flooring for their assistance in enabling my selection of carpet and laminate flooring(total nearly 5,000 dollars), both were true professionals.

I used to go to lowes which is closer to my house but I have an infinitely better experience every time I go to the Home Depot in east haven. The associates are all more friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Just better in every way. Michael and Robert in the windows and doors department were awesome in helping me purchase my new French doors for my master bedroom. Thanks guys.

the store is well organized and easy to navigate. I wanted to buy something to make a birdbath dish on top of an old tree stump in my yard. Regan brought me to the lawn/garden dept and helped me pick out the perfect ceramic holder.

Garden center was well stocked, had exactly what I needed. The cashier was extremely friendly and courteous. She is a great ambassador for Home Depot.

I don't know where I'd be without my local Home Depot. In todays busy world & struggling economy the only time to do the usual repairs, maintenance and other projects seems to be nights and weekends if I'm lucky and no matter how hard I try to plan ahead and be prepared for anything, theres always something else that breaks, leaks or just goes all wrong but I can always rest easy knowing the nearest one is only a 15 minutes away and I can almost always get what I need to fix it.

Having recently moved to Branford, into a new home, I have had lots of reasons to visit this store. With around $8,000 in purchases in the last 7 months, I have had to reach out for help on numerous occasions. The staff has always been superb. Never have I felt like I was bothering the associates. Beyond the range of products, the staff is the competitive difference that the founders would be pleased to witness. (FYI, I met with both HD founders before the first HD was constructed. The concept was foreign in this industry. They were trail blazers and you are the team that continues to make HD what it is today!) Given all of my purchases via your store inventory or the web, I have had my share of visits to the service desk. Without exception, they have done a great job resolving issues and they turned problems into opportunities that have ensured my loyalty to this store. They are great role models. I'm not a kid anymore. Over the years I have provided systems and consulting to retailers all over North America. I have stressed the importance that the store associates play in this very competitive retail marketplace. What ever the formula is in #6223, it's a great one. Thank you! BN34

Although I needed three very different things (washing machine, cellular shades, adhesive vinyl tiles) everything was easy to find. Looked at the washers first to see if they had what I'd need, browsed the cell shades a bit as well. I was looking for some kind of linoleum for a small space under the washing machine and found great adhesive tiles with many designs to choose from. So easy. Met with Thomas Rodgers about the shades. Its always scary to order shades but Thomas was calm and knowledgeable and that made it easy to make my choice with confidence. I told him about the washing machines I had seen and he brought me over to Micheal Esposito who helped me get that order and delivery set up conveniently.

I was very happy with the staff. I need a grill. They were more than accommodating and helpful . They were extremely friendly and courteous. I go back there all the time because I always find what I need and the people treat me well.

My husband and I go to the East Haven store all the time. I know where each and every item is. The paint people are very helpful. The lighting and hardware all of the departments are great. Some times we just take a walk around to get ideas for new projects.
