I just had the worst experience at this
HOME DEPOT ( at the lumber department)
I walked in the store around 6pm looking for help to load 26 sheets of plywood on my cart, I saw 2 associate on a fork lift one of them been someone name (CHRIS the driver ) and his helper with the red flag, i ask for help they came over counted the plywood and said they will be back, 20 plus minute pass and I started to look for them again, I found CHRIS by the room where they take their breaktime, and said are going to be able to help or not? He said I needed to get my gloves!!! (That's 20 + min, later ), he help me load the plywood on my cart which it was not at the bottom shelf , if not I would have loaded my self, I ask him to please help me put the plywood on my truck? He said ask the cashier to call an associate???!!! She may call me!! I WAS OK???? YOU ARE ALREADY HERE, but we'll I guess this is how it works here,. I paid and ask the cashier (ROSE) can you please call someone to help load this in my truck?? She said there's people outside to help you!!???? I started to push the cart with the 26 pieces of plywood outside, sure enough (NO ONE WAS OUTSIDE TO HELP ME,) at this time i was wy do i came here??? I started loading the plywood by myself and 5 minutes later I saw CHRIS (HELPER) ON HIS PHONE BY THE TOOL RENTAL DEPARTMENT, he totally ignore me, and 10 minutes later JUST WHAT??? Mr CHRIS CAME OUT THE STORE LOOKING FOR HIS HELPER HE SAW ME AND STARTED LAUGHING , I SAID YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE REVIEW IM GOING TO WRITE ABOUT YOU GUYS, he started talking to his buddy, and them both of them pass next to me without even asking me if I needed some help to load the the ALMOST $800 of plywood,.
NOT MY KIND OF HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE,.
