Within the last year, we have made several large purchases from Home Depot. With every purchase, we have encountered the most friendliest, knowledgeable, and very patient associates. We have had the opportunity to work with many different associates in various departments and all of them have exceeded our expectations regarding their service. THIS IS MY STORE OF CHOICE IN MY AREA AND THERE ARE 4 WITHIN 15 MILES. IT IS ALSO MY FAVORITE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE OUT OF ALL THE SIMILAR STORES IN MY AREA. ALWAYS A QUICK AND EASY CHECKOUT. ALWAYS AN ASSOCIATE OR 10 TO HELP OUT WITH WHATEVER IT IS I NEED. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU VISIT THIS STORE FOR CONVENIENT SHOPPING AND A GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE. MANY ITEMS STAY STOCKED AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE CREATIVE SALES GOING ON AND WORKSHOPS.

This is my favorite home improvement store! Everything is easily located throughout the store. The Associates are friendly and extremely helpful. The prices are far better than their competitor.

I had a problem with one of the customer service reps. She acted like I damaged a custom order that I had just picked up. She made the experience stressful. But, everyone else there has been nice and helpful, so will continue to shop there. One bad apple those not spoil the whole bunch.

I had a great shopping experience at the Chantilly Home Depot! Because of the associates being nice and helpful I will not shop at the Lowe's or other Home Depot in town. I never had to look for someone to help me--they were there! I found I could do "one stop shopping".

Staff is always helpful and courteous. Pleasant atmosphere to shop. Large variety for selection. Close to proximity and easily accessible.

All personnel are available to help you and will get you to the right people to assist you. I appreciate Home Depot in supporting military personnel.

Store clerk took me to the item I was seeking. Another helped my husband load the pavers we purchased.

I was extremely happy with Shanaye Streeter. She answered all out questions about different washer and dryers and was never pushy or unfriendly. I think we possibly would have delayed the purchase if she had not been so helpful. I got a new washer & dryer!!!

Having the Home Depot Ap on my to use prior to my visit, gave me a chance to find what I wanted and lessen my store visit.

Enjoy this store. Staff is usually very helpful on this Trip I had to wait over 20 minutes for help with getting wire cut. Overall the rest of the shopping I've done far outweighs this one lon event.

My favourite home depot store. Far better service then the one on East chase blvd.

STORE WAS WELL LABELED; the employees are nice to you and they DO NOT act like they wish you had not come into the store I appreciated that type environment.
