The cashiers did a great job helping me. But the associates in the appliance, lighting, and roofing were hard to find and less than interested. It seemed like I was disturbing their social life and it takes more time to find help than to find the items and checkout. I hated coming to this store because I cannot find what I want nor someone who can help me.

Cashers and associates are all very helpful and fun to deal with.

Even though the store was very busy, they were able to keep it very clean.

Long story short, bought a grill online very easy had it assembled. Rented a home depot truck to deliver it to my home. While at the store picking the grill it was raining outside and the cashier refused to go outside to help me load it because it was raining and she didn't want to get her hair wet! She proceeded to tell everyone of her co workers around her that she wasn't going outside cause she can't get her hair wet. She then ran around the store for 20 minutes "looking" for a co worker to help me! Needless to say I got another customer to help me load the grill onto the truck! 2 days later I go back to the same store with my family to pick out a Christmas tree. There was 1 associate loading trees on cars and 1 associate netting the trees that's it! All of the trees were wrapped and nobody around to help open them up. The line to get your tree tagged was 45 minutes! After going inside and complaining 20 minutes later associates came out to help. The lack of professionalism and customer service is a disgrace!

Associates were rude and not helpful. Could not locate many products I was looking for, and could not find an associate that knew where the products were located. Associates were more concerned about their personal conversations between each other than helping customers.

NEEDED A XMAS TREE AND NOTICED WASNT OPEN YET AND KEVIN WAS BEHIND THE FENCE WHEN I ASKED IF I CAN BUY A TREE AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM. HELPED ME PICK OUT A TREE AND WAS VERY PATIENT. AND LOADED IT UP. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I love shopping at Home Depot because they always have everything I need for home repair. Their plant department is wonderful too and the seasonal products are great. I can have a key made and buy a case of water! Great store great prices.

Staff are nice and helpful. That;s all i have for comment.

The store was clean and the staff was dressed professional.The most memorable Experience was at check out with my purchases.The Pro-Cashier Gena Peterson was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of your products makes a contractors visit too your store a blessing.she has a willingness to take the time necessary to thoroughly understand your needs and as a contractor TIME is MONEY ! Store was clean except for a palmetto bug on floor alive. They stock Wednesday evening 7pm on and clog the isles. Nobody in Doors and Windows after 6pm - even when multiple calls for assistance. Only one associate and the rest are not much help. Other Home Depot's are better, I will not return to the Palm Beach Lakes location.

Sales associates are very knowledgable and helpful - especially for someone with NO fix-it ability! They have LOTS of patience! Found everything I needed and more!! THANKS!!

The store is always clean, however, any given weekday after 3 pm, the floors are scarce and to try and get help is next to none. I asked a paint associate for help and his response was " I work in paint", and walked away, immediately, I went behind him and stated that I understand that he was in paint and could he call someone in plumbing to assist me. Oh let me find that boy!!!!!!!!!!!No boys work here. I live less than 10 minutes away and I find myself driving 7 miles to receive better customer service.

Always a good experince at this Home Depot, fast friendly service good availability and a great cashier... She always has a good kind word for you....

I used store a lot and like it. You have to find an associate wondering around for help, but they are always helpful and friendly.

Issue with receipt. Roxanne handled the problem courteously and professionally with a smile.
