I’m new to the Home Depot family and I feel right at home excellent customer service

The store is okay, selection is usually not that great. I HATE the self checkout because there is ALWAYS an issue and an employee has to come help. No employee has ever greeted us or said hello

Palm Beach Lakes Home Depot has excellent service to professionals as well as lay persons. When I visit the store and hear girls the employees interact with the shoppers. The employees help lay persons become professionals. The Do it yourselfers learn so well that they soon become professionals. Hats off to the electrical, plumbing, hardware, rent and appliance departments. Keep up the great service to our community.Assistance is always near.This store is very clean, the floors the restrooms,check out areas and the employees treat you like family.

The store is clean, the staff are friendly and the cashier Natasha made the checkout process amazing. She spoke to our toddler, provided her with an apron and a kit to build, and took the time to ask us questions about our project.

This is a filthy store. You will be lucky not to get a flat tire in the parking lot. The customer service staff is less than helpful and have a major attitude!

Amazing service very helpful

Recently had a customer experience issue that was handled very well by Miss Paulette and Manager Jason. They were patient, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. While I am calling out my experience for two individuals, I consistently get the information and direction I need to get what I need. Always has been my base store for home improvement efforts, but the employees there make sure it will continue to be.

I'm always happy and upbeat to shop at this home depot, customer service is through the roof and its a clean and friendly environment, i qould recommend friends and family to shop here.

Good Luck getting someone to help you. My Husband and I are 78 & 79. It took us 45 minutes to get assistance with 10 pieces of plywood and 22 2x4's plus other items.

The employee at the customer service desk Antoinette, really went above and beyond her duties to assist me with my order.

The store was relatively clean, and mainstream products were easy to find. The store at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. near my neighborhood was where I went to during the afternoon on: March 21, 2020. There was a Home Depot Store Representative who put back a roll of Flex Seal ® FlexTape on the shelf for me; and then, a really cute Hispanic/Latina cashier helped meat the self-checkout area! ^_^ <3 You can also purchase a Fire Extinguisher for your home @The Home Depot for less than $40 (USD), after-taxes! You do not need a license to own and operate a Fire Extinguisher inside of your apartment/house.

Michael in tool rental is awesome! He is so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with my tool rental.

Location is the only reason why I attempted to shop there. No one is helpful or around when needed. LOWES is much better.
