If you have a big job and need someone to help locate materials from start to finish, you need to ask for Ethan L. Very sharp employee, he helped me fill my complete materials list, helped look through dog ear pickets to get the best ones, same way with 2x4's, then helped load my truck! While loading my truck he noticed the Marine Corps decal I had on my truck, asked if I was a vet and helped me save 10% off of my purchase! Outstanding!

Even on Black Friday weekend, during my visit, which included a return for credit, I was greeted by friendly staff, who efficiently managed my return and checkout. All staff and nearly all customers were wearing masks, which made me happy to be shopping at this particular location. Well done!

Starting the morning off with employees being joyful as you walk in was absolutely so precious and encouraging. Then all the employees I encountered at the paint desk, lumber yard, self check out all were helpful. It was truly an awesome experience first thing in the morning!! Thank you for caring!

My last two visits were great. I was able to receive assistance needed very promptly.

Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any Home Depot store! I went in to get 10 concrete blocks, 5 one design and 5 another design. When someone finally came to get the blocks down for me, he told me that the blocks were all the same because they were all on the same pallet and that was just how it was. He said that there was no difference and that it wouldn't make any difference in how my wall would look. He continued to argue with me until I asked to get the store manager. He then told me that he was the manager, to which I said then he should know better than to argue with a customer. (I knew He was not the store manager as I had been helped the day before by the real store manager Jonh.) He then asked me if I wanted to get the blocks down myself. I told him, "No, he would get them down for me." When he finally finished putting the blocks I wanted onto my cart , as he was walking quickly away from me he told me that the people up front would load my car. When I was checking out the Cashier, Chuck was extremely helpful and calming. He apologized for the behavior of Johnny. Chuck called customer service to get the store manager for me. It was at this time that I was informed that Johnny was the Garden Center manager. I spoke with the acting store manager, Kyle Kurkendol and explained what had transpired between Johnny (Garden Center manager) and I. He listened and was very calm. He informed me how to make a formal complaint. He apologized for the manner in which I was treated by Johnny and was appreciative of the behavior of the Garden Cashier Chuck. Thanks to Kyle K. and Chuck for making the rest of my visit to Home Depot more positive.

Isles were not cluttered. Shelves were stocked. Seasonal items were arranged nicely. Overall good experience.

The store itself isn't that bad but don't expect any help when it comes to finding doors for your house. I tried 3 times and always had to waste time tracking down an associate to help me in that department. The last visit had me spend almost an hour waiting after asking for help multiple times. On a side note though, the tool rental guys have always been awesome and very helpful when I do my home projects.

Great store, well stocked all employees on the spot and willing to go out of their way to help. The lumber department is very accurate in cutting the wood for you which is very much appreciated. Went in the store for two items today, a cordless nail gun and a hot water tank. Took 21 minutes to get someone to look the nail gun, didn’t have it in stock. On to the hot water tank, since no one was working that area it took three trips to the front to try and get someone to load the tank on a flat cart. 30 minutes later two kids show up. So after almost an hour when I’m checking out, the lady that kept calling for people to help had the nerve to tell me not to rip her on the online survey because she tried to help!! Won’t be back to this store!!!

Great products and helpful service

This store was the worst customer service i ever experienced thus far in 2020. There was a madam who was outright disrespectful to me during the checkout station. She did not look me in the eye while serving which means she was no good. She did not care about anything at that particular moment. She wanted to be left alone and not bothered with. If I even considered coming back to this Home Depot location. I would never come to her check out line. I would be server by another employee who CARES about wellbeing of Home Depot shoppers. Disgusted.

We always enjoy shopping at this store! The staff is always very friendly and professional! The products/supplies we want are always available. We look forward to many more years of shopping at this store!
