The staff at this store were friendly, very helpful, and made my shopping experience very pleasant.

I had a great experience when looking for plumbing parts for our lake house. My husband sent me for the parts and Rick in plumbing helped me find everything I needed! He was a GREAT help and made what could have been a long trip into a 15 minute trip!!

Store was clean and associates were friendly

This is a statement on my second trip to The Home Depot on this day. I'm usually asked several times while I walk around with my empty cart if some can help me. The Depot is my big candy store I don't know what I want going in but figure it out and start filling the cart. Tonight a young man named Charles said he'd been there 10 months he cut a board for me and talked about his ability and he enjoyment of working there. I thanked him and left knowing I will be there tomorrow. Great people other than just charles.

This store is awesome

The store had the wrong item in the bin--it rang up for $100 more than marked. Rather than admit that they made a mistake, the manager was rude and unhelpful. I returned the item and will not be returning to the store. I can go to other stores for my needs.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that I can go on any day of the week to get what I need to do my home projects. Everything I needed was in stock and I was able to get out very quickly.

I have a physical disability and all the employees I came in contact with were so very helpful and friendly to help get all materials on my list for me. Great teamwork!

this HD store! Friendly, competent Associates! I mean they are truly helpful!!! Example: I had a leaky faucet & did not think to get the product name, but I did take a pic on my phone. The guy over plumbing looked at pic, named the part as Delta when I couldn't even c a name on it & showed me parts I needed & tips on getting it done! Got home & within 40 min. It was as he said & I looked at product name & sue snug it showed DELTA! Needless to say, I was impressed! This is just one example of the help I get from this store & I have many...I also commend the manager for having a Smiling, friendly, helpful staff @ this Home Depot.

The store was very clean brightly-lit well-organized neat easy to navigate the employees were friendly polite and very helpful.

AmyAnn welcomed me in the store, she asked me did I find everything that i needed?...she asked me is there anything I can do for you?...while she was checking me out (with a smile) she said how is your day?...and to have a happy and safe New Year...I answered all her questions and cause of her positive mode, she made me feel like family and she is the best person there...

Huge selection and very helpful staff. Prices are very competitive as well.

Too few employees and those who are there with any ability don't last long. Most are just putting in time.

In the past this store has had terrible help. No one in the store seemed to know anything about the products they sold or how to help a customer if they were unsure how to do something. Today this store is much, much better. I am probably in the store twice a week and the help is friendly and very helpful. I'm extremely happy with the current service this store provides.

Glad we have a Home Depot Store in El Dorado....Easy to get in and out, supplies always on hand or they will get them.

All I ask is have the employees available in each department for assistance. It is somewhat aggravating to have to walk all over the store to find someone to help and then when you do find someone they usually have to call someone in that department which takes like forever.
