I was looking for some stepping stones the other stores didn’t have and I found them with Home Depot

My package was damaged from UPS and the sauce that was in the combo pack was already used. I bought a new combo set but not everything and it was new

Customer Service at the Pro Desk were courteous, professional, prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend others using this service.

We love this Home Depot, the stuff re friendly AND VERY knowledgeable in any of the departments we have encountered. You can easily find people to help and they all seem to know where to find something, even to the point of looking things up or getting help who might have a better way to find it. We highly recommend them!

I haven’t received the washer yet. Supposed to arrive on the 8th Sept. I was told someone would call on Sunday 7th to confirm time. Haven’t heard anything yet. My store experience was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful in directing me to the right person. The person helped me find the washer I wanted.

We’re remodeling our bathroom. Looking for new tub and toilet. Went to the Website and couldn’t find what were looking for because the site kept taking us to different items totally. Then we tried the phone app. The product we found on the app ( Brand, model) were not the same as the product in the store when we went to purchase it. HD might be ok for contractors but it really sucks when a customer can’t find what they are looking for either on line, in the app or worse IN STORE.

Please get more staff especially at customer service. The poor lady was helping a line of people while answering phones.

We routinely purchase appliances for our rental businesses. Recommendation - ask for Karl. He takes the time to understand what you need.

One of the employees there needs a review on taking care of the customers.

Overcharged on items and some items were installed switching material to cheaper product.. Stainless steel bracket for under the sink wasn’t used. They use used wood instead of a $250 stainless steel bracket

If I go to Home Depot, I prefer to go to this Elgin storel.

Is great store the people work in there

I walked into my local Home Depot to get a few things for a home project. Very simple and basic items. I was greeted by 2 young girls who worked in tandem to help me locate the exact item I needed. Not only did they help me find what I came for, but they offered a few suggestions based on my project. They effortlessly navigated the large store and did so with a smile. Thank you to Alyssa and McKayla…? I hope I got their names right. Excellent service and just good people.

Good sales clerk at the floor tiles and wood section! Impress with the driver who did our delivery today at N Commonwealth :)

One reason why I always shop at Home Depot is because the employees are always offering to help! They ask you if you need help with out me asking for it. Love this store.

The experiences I’ve had at this Home Depot have been nothing short than exceptional customer service. Greg helped me get everything I needed for a small project and even checked back on me later during my visit.

The guys loading mulch into my truck were freindly, helpful and organized. They also worked well together! Simply a great attitude!

Looks like the rental system is hijacked by their Penske collaboration. Home Depot advertise one price and you end up with renting from Penske. This is bad business.

I recently bought a home in the area and wanted to make several upgrades. My daughter and I had visited a few flooring stores and had questions about how to convert the existing tile and carpet to waterproof vinyl. Rod at the Elgin Home Depot was the first person who took our questions seriously and helped us understand the options. He also helped when the estimate came back with conflicting information and guided us to a less expensive alternative.In addition, when I mentioned that I also wanted to revamp closets and blinds, he quickly connected me to other Home Depot staff to help. We have used Home Depot for other home project in the past 25 years, and the support and responsiveness we got from Rod in Elgin far surpassed any previous assistance, most of which has been quite useful and competent.
