Every time I've visited this store, I'm amazed at the quality and decency, not to mention the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees I ask questions of, which is normally every trip. That speaks volumes to the moral compass of the store.

I knew what I was looking for. While I was looking two employees asked if they could help. I declined but thanked them both. I have always been satisfied with this store and it's my go to place.

Melissa helped me find what I was looking for, and when we did, I found that it wouldn't work for my purposes. Then Lynn helped me come up with a solution that would. Both of these ladies spent time walking around the store with me to help. I very much appreciated it.

Staff avoid customers and spend their time chatting with each other or texting. Clearly hate their job.

I shop at HOME DEPOT a lot and the help and employees are great at every one I shop at. The experience in Enfield on a Monday morning was above anything I've experienced anywhere. It's 20 miles from me, but, it's probably where I'll shop from hereon

I really enjoy shopping at the Enfield (CT) Home Depot. The employees are very helpful - including cashiers, stock people or paint department, pro-desk, electrical or plumbing, appliances, shades, roofing, windows, garden - most every department! While my brother still feels HD is just a big-box store with degraded equipment, I beg to differ. The Ryobi products for example, while not Dewalt quality, have proved time again their function. I had one drill have a transmission issue and while the Ryobi warranty policy is to deal with Ryobi for a claim, the Enfield HD did a no-questions asked replacement on the drill. I've had the same experience with an older (lifetime warranty) shop vac. The paint department is better than two separate Sherwin Williams store I've visited - by far. The Behr paint products are superior to ANY paint product I have used. And HD / Behr stand behind their product - again, unlike SW or other name brand paints. The employees not only seem willing to help but are empowered to do so. My type of store / shopping experience time and time again!

Our fridge is dying, and we needed to replace it. We were able to find what we needed (model, size, price). The sales person went over the delivery process and informed us of exactly how long we had to report any possible damages (cosmetic or mechanical), and that was very helpful. We could get the old fridge taken away for a small fee, and we appreciated that. All sales associates were genuinely friendly and helpful (we went on to the Garden dept. for a couple things). I also like being able to order things online and pick them up at the front desk. Very convenient!

there are always employees in each department you need and employees are always very nice and helpful, always have what we need and are looking for and more... cashiers are fast and polite as well!!!

I had gone into the flooring department to make a carpet purchase. I had been assisted by Jeremy Shapiro and Sarah Judkins. These two associates need be recognized for there outstanding customer service that they provided. I had my 1 1/2 year old daughter with me and she was having a complete meltdown...lol . sarah and Jeremy help me through my purchase and where so kind and patient to my situation. Sarah remembered my daughters name from the night before ..and Jeremy was light hearted and made me laugh in a stressful situation. I appreciated the time they took with me and believe they are assets to your company. I work for a coorprate establishment as well, and I know how far positive recognition can go. Please show them that going the extra mile is greatly appreciated and can make a difference in someones day when things seemed to be unraveling. I initially was in workings with Bobbi in flooring and she was equally as fabulous!!! Thank you Home Depot of enfield (#6214) CT !! I can't wait for my new carpet !

The most knowledgeable employees in any Home Depot I have been to. Honestly, I was so impressed with all of the associates we came in contact with. We had to ask for help at least 3 times, and each time we were directed to the right spot. The store was orderly, but set up a bit different from a few of the other HD's we have shopped at so we were a bit turned around. Never fear! ….we were met with enthusiasm and courtesy. Wow....greatest customer service in a long time. Keep up the good work Enfield HD.

Store was clean and always well stocked. There seems to be a shortage of help on the floor when it comes to finding employees to answer questions however, I had EXEMPLARY SERVICE when it came to loading my cart and my truck. A man named Mike (pro-loader), was very patient, kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped load lumbar into my pick up on a 95 degree day. I revieved five star service from him! I have never felt so at home in a store! i trust that Mike can either answer my questions or will direct me to someone who can. Everytime I come back to Enfield home depot, he asks me about various projects I have going on in my new home and always remembers little details about them. Its little things like that that make you want to return to the same store time and time again! I could go to another location, on my work commute, but I choose Enfield because of how happy I am with the service. I Would highly recommend Enfield Home Depot to any do it yourselfer or professional looking for quality service and good prices in a well put together store!

This store was very clean an the staff was very friendly. I went to this store because I'm out of state and I forgot some stock I need for a job. The only thing I can say about my visit is that the Telecommunications area is becoming very slim on jacks and cable and common stock for this trade. It seem like The Home Depot, is slowly fading out Telecom stock.

Horrible do not waste you time shopping here for appliances. You will pay for them , need them badly and they will never arrive and the goof offs at the store wouldn’t even call you back to say where your appliance is!!!!!! So why waste your time and deal with this insane store.

If you're a novice Home Owner, this is a store to go where friendly employees guide you to learn and make right decisions. Friendly and courteous staff all over the store...

I had a great experience planning and buying kitchen cabinets at this store. Very efficient and knowledgeable employees.

As an elderly lady and handicapped I am always treated with respect and courtesy whenever I visit a home depot store. The sales people are kind and courteous and always willing to help,either with my questions or directions for whatever I am looking for.

My best garage and cellar... I can find everything that I need.. I don't have to worry about storing items - everything is in your building neatly displayed and easy access to whatever I need.

Was very happy with my visit today went in to pickup a online order while I was there I noticed the grill I bought last week was marked down from $199.00 to $149.00 I asked the girl that was helping me if I could do anything about it short of bringing it back and getting another one. She said all I needed was my receipt and she would take care of it. I went back with my receipt and bing bam boom I had the sale price and my money back. I call that a great day when all I had to do to make things right was ask. Thanks so much for the great customer service that Home Depot takes pride in.

Just love going into my Home Depot store I find everything I need on all my projects at reasonable prices the employees are always helpful and they know me by name, when walking by their department I shout out a "Hello" with their name, they are so friendly they take the time to say Hello in return with a smile that's my friendly Home Depot!
