My wife says, Home Depot is your secondary home.

I’ve been to Estero HD dozens and dozens of times. It’s like my own little hardware store. Everyone is friendly, helpful and hard working. They are all a good group of people there. And they love my dogs!!

Wide isles and well stocked

The Estero store is usually well-manned with employees to help. Even when very busy their lumber department personnel find a way to help and do not leave you waiting for half hour for an employee who doesn't show up as occurs at other Home Depots. Jacob heads the lumber department there and was incredibly helpful.

Bob in Millwork listened to our needs and helped order a custom sliding sliding screen door.

I will drive 30 minutes longer to shop this store. Exceptional customer service and store cleanliness far exceeds all other Home Depot’s in ft myers area

When i first heard of a Home Depot opening so close to my home i was very excited at not having to travel very far to get products that i purchase daily, When it first opened and i saw all the new employees who seemed very attentive and eager to help me in almost every isle and at every register again i was very enthusiastic about the store, now its been open for a little while and i don't see as many employees , or Maned cash registers available so now its like every other store where you go in try and find what your looking for and leave

I bought a bathroom faucet online to pick up in store. It was ready and an easy experience!

I’m currently in the process of buying a home and have quite a few needs that home depot has to fill. I live in Lehigh acres but i make the drive to this location because the staff is much friendlier and seem to know where to look for the products i need. Definitely the best hardware store around.

We wanted a new kitchen stove & did a lot of our homework online. When we went to the Home Depot in Estero, the store had all the appliances we wanted to look at in person to compare them. We spoke with the salesperson to hone in on our choice. We made the choice, paid for the appliance, got a delivery date & left. Easy peasy. The delivery was on time and was easy as possible also. Very happy Home Depot customers.

I went to home depot looking for a specific type of caulking,,no one knows what certain caulking are used for, and when I asked, I was told what isle the caulking was in,,,I knew that!

I walked to buy 1 Ryobi product And with the help of an employee I ended up purchasing four Ryobi products. I got immediate help in three different areas of the store and thought everything looked very organized.

We usually don’t buy big ticket items in a large box store. We were looking for a bracket for a window treatment, which we did not find and walked into the appliance section where we met an awesome associate!!!! (ANDREW GILL). He asked if there was anything he could help us with, we told him no. He then observed us looking at the wash machines and casually walked over and started talking about it, his research and so forth. We were so impressed with his knowledge and his no pressure salesmanship that we instantly felt comfortable. We ended up purchasing both a washer and dryer. After talking with him, he informed us this was his third day at Home Depot. My wife and are both retired professionals. (City Manger, Tax Administrator). You will never find a more professional at Home Depot well alone, anywhere that is the quality of this young man. We highly recommend him for any positioned within any major corporation. Staff are always visible and asking if you need any help. Staff are so pleasant and go out of their way to help. My favourite HD. I go out of my way to go to this location for help.

This is a recently opened Home Depot that is no more than 5 minutes from my house. Every employee that I've interacted with has been very helpful. If they don't know the answer to my question they direct me to someone they feel can help me. Selection of products in huge and, typically the item I need is in stock.

I needed extra assistance on an item that needed to be special ordered. Enza assisted me with this process, she was great! Because of Enza the purchase went smooth and will be shipped to the store for me to pick up. Enza is a great asset to Home Depot. Thanks for a job well done!

Most helpful and friendly staff I've ever seen at a home depot

Joey was head cashier at the U scan He asked me if I was missing product I told the exact product I was missing. He literally said we got it I said no you don’t, lol I checked everywhere, he got someone to cover him very briefly and we s speedily walked back to the area that I was looking for. He actually found them! Didn’t have to make an additional trip dude is amazing that great customer service skills, good morale, super motivated and diligent hats after that dude good work brother!

Beautiful new store with exceptionally helpful employees. Gabriel helped us get the 2 exact light bulb products for the 2 obsolete ones we were replacing, and Alexander helped at checkout, including making us aware of our eligibility for a veterans military discount. My only regret is that I normally shop at another Home Depot closer to me, so I only get down to this area every few months.

I have one question. Why is this store listed as Estero when it is located in San Carlos Park North? Fort Myers

Would like to thank Joey for taking the time to tell me about the home Depot pro and signing me up. The team over the is just incredible, your customer service is off the chain. From the patio section to plumping. Everyone made it a point to speak or just to say hi, even one of the guys on the lift went out of his way to say something to us as we walked by. Who does that? You do and I thank you for all y'all did. Justin, Kenny, Ana, Amari just to mention a few. Yall have established a great name for your home depot. There is pride and it shows. I stopped an the Arby's down the road and we were complimenting y'all on your customer service and it became the conversation at the arbys of how awesome y'all are. Thanks again.
