I walked in the door, asked the first associate I saw for assistance, he took me directly to the location of my product and I checked out.

like the selection of items, sometimes hard to find an associate

I found my items right away because they were in the same area as the last time I was there.

The store was very clean, including the bath room.l brought bright white paint, and the sale's clerk made me a nice gray paint.I wanted to price homedepot carpeting, and pading for future purchases. The sales clerk was very patient and understand and showed me all about the floor tile and carpeting. I purchased some wood for my screen and I was treated with respect and and well cared for. I will be returing very soon for more future purchases.

The store was well organized, I found the products I needed quickly and able to check-out with ease.

Needed plumbing items has no problems finding them. Store had all the parts I needed.

RUDE ASSOCIATES! I VISITED THIS STORE MANY TIMES IN THE LAST COUPLE OF MOUNTS SINCE I RENOVATE A HOUSE IN EUCLID AND THIS IS THE ONLY STORE AROUND. EVERY TIME I NEED SOMETHING THERE IS AN ISSUE. ASSOCIATES GIVEN ME WRONG INFO FEW TIMES AND ONE TIME IT COST ME A LOT. RENTING EQUIPMENT IS THE WORST SERVICE, NEVER HAS A TRUCK AVAILABLE, AND THEY SIGN ME FOR INSURANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. TODAY, I RENTED A SNAKE AND WHEN RETURNING IT I HAD TO WAIT 25 MIN IN LINE SINCE THE ASSOCIATE IN CHARGE NAME LES TAKING HIS TIME WITH AN ISSUE. WHEN I MENTIONED THAT THIS STORE HAS ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES HE TOLD ME: WE ARE NUMBER ONE IN THE REGION.I WAS LAUGHING...THAT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN THE REGION...

Hello there, the Euclid Home Depot is a great store for all of your home projects. To be more specific, this time of year Home Depot stocks lots of flowers, decorations, mulch and much outdoor gardening needs to beautify your home. They stock great outdoor grills for your next family-friend gatherings. It's a great location, just off E I-90.

I love the Euclid Home Depot . . . I shop there frequently . . . I just purchased two Andersen storm doors from the Euclid Home Depot. Chris in department helped me review dimensions + features before purchasing . . . very helpful + courteous . . .go see Chris in Doors + Windows!!!!

Most of the employees didnt know where materials where when i asked they were quick to throw me to another person with attitude. Finally this one gentleman showed me where the product Iwas looking for and included detail about item was very helpful. The cashiers were rushing me and not very friendly as if they didnt want to be there.

The associates have worked here for years and know their stuff. They know me too. They remember past projects and even my pets, lol. I always look forward to going to this store unless it means I've had a tragedy at a work site.

The store was fine. I frequent there in the warmer weather often for garden & outdoor materials.

I like the store. I know what I want and I pretty much know where things are because I shop there often.

I reside on the west side of Cleveland, but work on the east side of Cleveland. The Euclid Home Depot, in my opinion, is one of the best. There are always associates available when I need help, or assistance. Checking out is a breeze. The store is well organized and clean. I prefer to shop at the Euclid Home Depot on my lunch hour. I am in and out within an hour due to the help from the associates. Kudos to the Euclid Home Depot for doing such a good job!!!!

I have been doing home improvement projects for abut 5 months now as we prepare for our daughter. Every time we have had a great experience including selection and price. from kitchen counters, to tile to paint we have done the kitchen, bathroom and hallway and now the nursery.

I needed a new lawn mower and decided to not only do research but to purchase it online and pick up at store. After my research I decided to purchase the Honda 21" Self Propelled model. I tried to make the purchase online to pick up in store but wasn't successful. I went to the store, went to the area where the lawn mowers are and an associate asked if I needed any help. He went and got a flatbed and put the lawn mower on it. He asked if I needed anything else and I told him I forgot my old shade in the car and needed to get it. He stayed with the flatbed while I went to my car. He followed me to the shade cutting area and found the associate who needed to cut the shade. He waited with me and we chatted. He was a very pleasant young man with manners. My only regret is that I didn't get his name. However, next time I'm in the store, I hope he's there so I can get his name and let the Store Manager know what a pleasant and helpful young man he is.
