Went into store just to look at different tiles available for our bathroom! Was helped by a very friendly lady whom also helped us d at ign up for a credit card! Then was helped by Isaac to get all the tile and vanities we picked out set up for will call and pick up items at later date! They both were so helpful!

Propane tank exchange - price outside said $20.98 but I was charged $22.98. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said "It used to be $19.98 so it must have gone up again.". I expected her to override the price instead of just passing it off as no big deal.

Before they post signs , they need to make sure that they have what the sign says

We spent $329 on a 24 x 18 vanity cabinet and the top left hinge was installed so poorly it was hanging off. We had to jury rig the installation to be able to use the cabinet. We did not have time to order a new cabinet a decided to use it. Every time the door is opened, a raw spot is being rubbed. We will not be purchasing anything from HD again.

Horrible customer service. They charge a delivery fee when I can pick the product up myself. Not an option to pick up yourself. Trying to rip the consumer off as usual. Had to ask for help in the store twice. Ended up leaving with nothing

I bought appliances a month ago and other items and I will continue to visit this store

I only shop this store. For the most part, they usually have what I need in stock. If they don't, they assist me in ordering online and just deliver it to my home.

This store is close to our home, has a good selection of items, has good prices, and has plenty of helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. This is the first (and usually the last) place we go to when looking for any item sold in DIY/Home/Garden stores.

Went in there to buy a $3000 lawnmower and it took 15 minutes for an associate to show up. This has been a recurring theme lately for this location. Is it because they have high staff turnover?

Just don't go if you need anyone to help you load your car or to check out quickly...or don't let them deliver a large purchase...they back right over your mailbox.

I price shop and sometimes Home Depot is the only place that sells certain items. I bought a 1 inch plastic underground gas line for our propane tanks. It’s the total kit that has two steel stand pipes with 1 inch pipe threads. It also comes with a small wire that I taped to it to locate it for future use. I have bought several Milwaukee 18 volt tools from here. Including a 6 inch grinder. I would recommend the 4 1/2 inch grinder because even though the 6 inch works well I had to buy a couple of really big batteries for it. I also bought the full size portable bandsaw, a truly amazing tool! I have bought all the wood and screws for our shed that I will build when my wife figures out where she wants it! Home Depot has 6 inch gutters in stock! Their competitors only have 5 inch gutters! GAME CHANGER!!!!!

We have always gotten good quality, doesn’t matter if it’s pluming or wood it’s been good.

PVC pipe could be cleaned

Replacing the toilet, picked one out from the advertised Glasier brand. Very good deal and easy to install and works great and looks beautiful. Max helped us to put into our vehicle, he was Super helpful.

My wife had wanted to replace our carpet in our house for years and we saved up for this major expense. She selected high quality carpet and padding and it was over $8,000. The Home Depot had their installers install it and they failed to install it correctly. Seams were not done correctly along with the padding underneath. The steps were not cut and properly installed and carpet is bubbling up and buckling. I contacted Home Depot and was instructed to contact installation company to get it corrected. The installation company sent out a crew and they said they could not fix the issues and took pictures of most of the areas. The store manager said his DM would compensate us $2,000 for only our bedroom and stairs and we could apply that towards new carpet which we have already spent over $8,000 on. Very disappointed in The Evansville Eastside Home Depot.

I've always had a good experience at this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've also bought many items and had several floors and kitchens redone and the contractors that the store uses has always been good.

great little tool for fraction of cost in any direction, for reasonable size yards or gardens. The construction is well made, solid but light weight, never had a plug stick on ejection. I am not one to usually review unless product is horrible or in this case a well made and operates as said. I believe you will be pleased.

We were looking for a riding mower around $1500 and found they had one at reduced price. It was late around 8:00 pm and asked if they could help load it in my truck bed. They were happy to help, they got a set of ramps and two employees helped me load it up. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was after I used it, I saw an engraving on the top of the mower underneath the seat that it had been reconditioned. It would be nice to know what was reconditioned.

I will never purchase anything from Evansville Home Depot. I purchased a washer on 6/4/24 This company just lies about everything! I’ve been waiting on my washer to arrive and lied to from the tracker department and the Resolution Department especially Ewanda. I will be calling coporate over all this
