excellant store with great employee's and service

My wife and I have purchased several products from Home Depot, everything from light bulbs to an entire appliance package, we have been pleased with everything including the employees.

You have great employees. Just not enough of them.

Great service. Everyone was helpful. They answered questions.

I needed a motion sensor lite for my garage and went to the store and The Home Depot. The associates were very friendly and at the ready to help me and they did and was very respectful to me and my son. I not only got the light I needed but while there saw some other things that I needed so got them while I was there. I will go back to that store.

Very organized and have a good service

I had them measure my condo, they said the floor was uneven but a floating laminate would be fine, and mentioned they have done flooring in a number of the condos in the building over the years. I ordered the laminate and installation, and over the course of the 2 month wait, painted, as I did not want to get paint on the new floors but did not mind getting it on the old carpet. The installer came in, grumbled about the uneven floor and metal door frames, which would be no different than any other unit in my building that they have done installs in, said they were going outside to smoke and make some calls, came back 20 minutes later with a level, said they were going to make some more calls again and would call me to let them back in. 30 minutes later, I received a call from someone to let me know the order was cancelled. Further, it took 2 in store visits to get the flooring removed from my home and be refunded. I sincerely hope home depot goes out of business.

I had ample help from all associates I met and got exactly what I needed

We used the design department for our kitchen remodel. Madonna, the designer, came up with amazing ideas to maximize our very tiny space and get more user friendly storage. We would never have come up with the redesign of space on our own. We love the finished project.

Employees are extremely helpful, and the store is well stocked. The store was clean, which is helpful for people like me who have walking problems.

My husband and I have told store employees repeatedly at this location how happy we are with their level of service and competency in answering questions. When customers go to home improvement stores, they are often in the middle of projects and want to get in and out easily. We never have to look hard to find help - there are ample associates working in each department and they seem happy to help. At other stores, I might walk around quite a while trying to find someone to assist me. I have never had that problem at this location.

Ease of parking, adequate inventory, friendly employees. Was able to find everything I needed.

Best Home Depot store in the Evansville Indiana area

You have a wonderful store. I was in your store yesterday, Sept. 6 around 2:00. I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful service. First I asked to find the patio blocks and I was directed towards them. Then I went to the paint department. The gentlemen was working by himself and he was amazing. He was waiting on a lady ordering paint, a couple trying to decide on paint and me all at the same time. When the others would pause or discuss something he would turn towards the next asked what they needed and went right back to the others. He made each of us feel important and we were all taken care of quickly. There were 2 or 3 others who walked up after I did. After he took my order, I went to the hardware department and was looking for screws and washers to put a tarp on an old, garage roof. I thought I had what I needed and another gentlemen walked up and was so helpful . Sometimes when I am looking for something, it is so nice to get a little reassurance that I had the correct item. When I went back to get the paint, it was ready and the gentlemen handed it to me with a smile and went right back to helping others. When I checked out, the lady was so sweet and friendly. We talked briefly. I was able to leave my merchandise right at the door to get the car. I walked out of the store with a smile and feeling so good about what I was looking for and how I was treated. Thank you for being such a friendly store. So many stores you walk in to, don't even acknowledge you are even in the store. Thank you!!!!!

VERY NICE STORE EASY TO GET TO AND SHOP

This is the way a retail store needs to be run!

I LOVE MY HOMEDEPOT STORE HERE IN THE EAST SIDE OF EVANSVILLE. EVERYONE IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE TO CHECK ON YOU AND TO CHECK YOU OUT AT THE REGISTER. THANKS FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK HERE IN EVANSVILLE. MAKING HOME IMPROVEMENT EASY FOR ALL OF US.

Fast and very friendly.

We have visited this Home Depot several times (takes us an hour to get there), and have always been impressed with the friendliness of the employees, and their willingness to help. We rarely don't find something we look for and usually it is a special "size" nail or something small/minor. We do not have a Home Depot in the town close to where we live, but we have 3 options for Home Depot in different directions, all about the same distance. This store (#2003) is our favorite of all because of the employees and selection of items.

Helpful trip to get paint supplies and got some information on your Behr line of interior paint and deck stain. Will be back soon to buy paint and stain!

My trip to look for end of season patio furniture was a complete success. I interacted with four employees and they were all friendly and helpful

employees not only knowledgeable, but EXTREMELY helpful from the time I walked into the store and throughout all of my shopping, including loading items into my vehicle, and even helped me when I was about to drive off, leaving a package behind. Cashier, Scott, Madonna, Brian, and the gentleman who helped me to the check out, and helped load my items, and who brought me the package i'd left behind. Very, very friendly. I had the total opposite experience two days ago at Lowe's where I couldn't even get an employee to stop his cell phone conversation to assist me, after asking twice.

Employees were available friendly ready and willing to help.. Will shop there again if something they have is needed.

I visit this store often. The employees are very knowledgeable in the areas they work in. I've visited other home improvement stores & quickly noticed when asking questions about items, they did'nt have the expertise to satisfy my needs. My hat is off to Home Depot to hire qualified or people who are willing to learn.
