I went here to get some paint (I'm not a professional) but the guy here was super helpful to all my questions and offered his advice while he had some awesome throwback jams playing in the background. it was a great experience

This is a great pro desk team lead by the new guy Chris. These guys and gal are always cheerful and very knowledgeable and always eager to help. We all miss Jon though

The staff was friendly (I interacted with at least 5 staff members during my visit), at least on the day when I visited the store. Clean, organized, well kept with good pricing. I will happily go there again to buy more stuff and will recommend it to my near and dear ones.

The store was very clean and well stocked with artifical Christmas Trees. The Sales Associate Anthony (Garden Dept) was so helpful and knowledgabe.

Everything about this store is great: clean, no clutter etc. An associate went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. His name is Lem at the Everett store. I had asked several other associates and was sent in several directions. He overheard my requests and checked on the computor and found just what I wanted. Excellent service on his part.

The only way I would recommend this store is if you needed something immediately. Most of the time I've been in that store I have noticed that trying to get someone to help a customer for info or to carry out something especially for an older person it's next to impossible. As for cashiers in that store the only one I ever happen to see really doing her job correctly is Jean. I managed retail stores for many years and made sure that customer service was the main priority and everyone helped each other. I know some employees think the manager isn't here so lets screw off so who ever the MOD is they should be keeping on the screwoffs.

The people working have no right to be working in a construction based environment , no experience , no ideas , no motivation , no idea where anything is or what it's for. This is the only store worse than the one in Chelsea .
