In comparison to the Gallup, NM store, this store was pretty awesome. I was actually greeted by 4 employees! And when I asked for a product the young man in the paint department took me all the way to the item, at the other end of the store. What a great experience and knowledgable staff. After years of absolutely "dreading" going into ANY of our local home stores, a sweet young lady named "Minerva" provided me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, especially in this store.

Got some great help from Eric in the Kitchen and Bath department - super helpful, kind, and patient enough to help me plan out and design my kitchen!

The associates at Home Depot are always so friendly and helpful. I like the way they always take me to where I need to go instead of pointing to a far-off isle where I may or may not find what I am looking for. I also love that they have the phones where they can look up what you are looking for to see if there are any in stock. A wonderful tool! Today, I did not find what I needed and a young woman suggested I ask customer service to order it for me. I would have never thought to do that and instead I would have spent days going from store to store. The woman at customer service was very efficient and I was out of there in no time.

Just want to say, every time I go to our Home Depot and I need help with finding the right items, it is an adventure through the store to find anyone to help. Usually I end up getting someone from a different department that knows less than I do about the merchandise. To be fair, the other "Box Store" in town has the same issue. Home Depot does seem to have a little better prices on my items but for the best customer service and knowledgeable associates your still going to have to go to your local hardware store, period.

This was my first visit, a large store with great help.

I can always find what I want or need.If,I can't find it,I ask and they always help.

I hate shopping at this store. Every time I go in, it seems I always have problems. On one visit my mom and I had to load 20 4 x 4's by ourselves. Ten male employees walked by and not one asked if we needed assistance. When we checked out, no one offered assistance. I then loaded them into the truck by myself. I can never find what I need and if someone does stop to help, it seems they do not know what they are talking about. If you call for help, you wait so long, you end up loading the items yourself. I also hate the fact that they never have cashiers on the registers. I do not like having to check myself out. I am not getting paid to work there, so I should not be doing the work. I tried to use the military discount today, but was told I couldn't do it because the items were on sale and it was considered double dipping.

I will return to this store again and again, thank you.

everything in this store I can buy at a different big name store or online from another vendor. I feel its really important to feel engaged when shopping at a retail location. employees who don't smile, give a nod, say hi etc... make me not want to shop there. as a customer I can see whether or not they're actively busy or not. this store is overall a 4 out of 5 in that department. product placement and availability is as good as any.

Got so much help locating, loading and unloading to my vehicle. The staff in the garden center were cheerful and helpful.

Was greeted by the dept. clerk as soon as I entered, very pleasant and helpful. She completed my transaction in a quick professional manner, when we finished there she walked me to the register where I was greeted again. The first associate remained until the transaction was complete and bid me a nice day. Smiling in and out.

The whole experience definitely makes me want to go back. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the employees, especially in the paint department.

I love that the people that work at home depot are so helpful. I can't always lift the stuff that I buy myself, and there is always someone that will help. I don't even have to go looking for someone to help me. There are so many employees around to help customers with anything.

Won't shop in this store again. Expected to spend $1000 on a bathroom remodel project, and could only spend $650 because employees couldn't find product that was supposed to be in stock. Store was dirty, had very few employees working at the time we were there (mid-afternoon weekday), and seemed very disorganized. Spent the balance down the street at Lowe's, where we were greeted by at least one employee in each department we visited, and picked up all the follow up items we needed. Lowe's will be my first stop in the future.

Tracy helped me tremendously! This lady knows her store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cut my shopping time in half by helping me. Also Jonathan is a great salesperson. No high pressure, just good old fashioned customer service from these two people made me so happy today!

Store is well organized however, the aisle number should be a larger letters where it stands out or by the main entrance put a sign Aisle 1 - 10 front section 11-20 back section.
