Products are good; a little pricey. If you can find an associate, most of them are good. However, finding them is rare. See a lot of associates standing around acting busy. Often you are ignored. I’d give the paint department 1 star.

The associates ( fork lift driver and associate ) did a perfect job loading my trailer with 3 pallets. They made sure I was getting the best deal, loaded and shrink-wrapped the pallets securely and carefully loaded my trailer how I asked them to. Great service in Farmington, NM. I live 100 miles away, this is almost the closest Home Depot to where I live ( the other Home Depot is about 95 miles away ) and this is my go-to store because of the service I get at the Farmington Home Depot. I generally don't expect such personal service from a big-box store, these associates showed me they cared.

I bought vinyl plank flooring couple months ago, and am happy with this flooring

Purchased a new dishwasher. The flier person Cathy Oliver was very helpful.

I came in 4 times to pick up my roofing supplies that were special ordered. Some of the store workers were looking for supplies & didn't know what happened to my supplies. Some had to be re-ordered. I got a call saying supplies were in. There was no organization & was confused.

I asked Cathy Oliver at Home Depot to put a package of appliances together and she did it in record time. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products she sells and the extras needed to go with them.

The Farmington NM Home Depot has gotten very sorry, horrible lumber quality and very few employees who know anything. The employees need more training in my opinion.

The storevis a little busy at times but usually have no issues getting what is needed- I like this store and would recommend it -thank you!

The employees consistently do NOT know where things are in the store. (5 times with 5 different employees!) All employees are morose, surly, and unavailable. The store itself is dirty and disorganized. Many, many items are not stocked. It’s pretty much the Hindenburg of home improvement stores.

This is just a review of the store and service I received. I came in to buy paint and flooring. The people I spoke with in the paint department were helpful and courteous. The help I got in the flooring department was exceptional.

I have been working on a home project, building a new room. From the start last year, the employees and managers at Home Depot have been very helpful, courteous, and just great. I have purchased lumber, roofing, insulation, electrical and other products, the employees in each department have been very helpful, and are knowledgeable in their respective departments. If the product is not available, they will order it, and the wait time is pretty fast. They are kind and willing to help with loading and helping me make good choices on material. It is always a good shopping experience.

I come for all my home improvement needs & household needs

Every time we visit one is broke down it’s never been fixed and this has been over a year and when you look around, there’s only one other one and it seems to always be under charge probably because that’s the only one people can use

I love this product it is the second one I purchased. This one is for my boat!

I’ve shopped at Hope Depot for a number of years, and have been consistently happy with my purchases. Customer service has improved significantly in the last few years.

I bought a microwave

The help we received was very good. The assistance we relied was helpful and friendly. We would return to HomeDepot in the future. We have not received our purchase at this time, but I expect to be pleased.

Excellent customer service

I was looking for an item that was on sale but not on the shelf so the customer service employee got me a discount on the next more expensive model. Great service I will do all my home building needs at the Farmington Home Depot

I researched stoves at three stores in Farmington. Home Depot carried the widest selection, gave the most information and handled the sale smoothly.

We were shopping for a new washer and dryer at the Farmington, NM store and had a salesperson that wash a breath of fresh air. Cathy Oliver knew what she was doing and went on and above to make the sale.
