I Visited the Fayetteville store to pick up a few items, the store was fully stocked with Christmas, got me in the mood for the holidays.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened in 1996. It has changed Management and staffing many times in the past years. Some really good, some not so good. My last experience there was not something that I want again. If I wanted to be greeted with a Sullen Stare from employees, I will go somewhere that I don't have to pay for the experience. There are too many places to shop that appreciate their customers to put up with that kind of attitude.

The guy in the paint section in Fayetteville is rude. I found my merchandise that is why I gave 3 stars and the cashier was helpful.

The sales person I had was very helpful and patient.

Paint codes are not accurate. Male associate with loud clothing is horrible.

The store has great customer service. They made the check out process easy by checking me out as soon as they saw me looking for a place to check out.

This Home Depot has everything I need. Finding what I want is just a nearby employee. I have learned valuable information. From LED lightbulbs to lithium batteries.

The store is clean employees are nice some even knowledgeable however the store needles still needs work. When I say the store needs work for somebody who's handicapping cannot be on their feet for a long time The motorized assistance vehicles are often broken not working or don't have a charge. Also it's hard to find certain items that you need and oftentimes unfortunately to say this but there's a better selection at the competitor a couple blocks away

I went to purchase a hedge trimmer and Kirk was beyond amazing! He was knowledgeable, supportive and went above and beyond to help me. My partner was looking for a battery for his mower and Kirk and Tony worked together to help. When I say, they restored the faith in customer service, they show up and out. Kirk was professional and very kind. Any time I come here; I will look for him personally!

I wanted to acknowledge the service that I receive during my last shopping experience. Chris and Stephen in flooring were very informative and assistance me with my faux grass selection and options for install. Stephen offered to helped load after our shopping was complete and did so with the help of KP. Kirk offered assistance as I was picking out cabinets and even helped Stephen at check out to hold my item for pick-up once I realized I ran out of space :). Mikayah and AC were very helpful during my checkout process insuring my promo offer was applied correctly prior to completing my transition. My overall expereice makes me want to come come to shop at this HD and I am confident if I have questions or need assists it would be provided. Superb experience!

The last few weekends my Sunday stop has been Home Depot for gardening items. The men working in the garden department have been super helpful and courteous. I really appreciate not just the assistance loading bags of mulch but how quickly they approached me to help and the great attitude. I left happier than when I arrived. Thank you!

I went there to check on an online order problem. The young lady that helped me (her name is Prosperity) was very helpful and patient. I was able to reorder my garden tub. She also gave me all the information to track my order.

My visit to the garden center went very well. The 2 employees who were loading mulch were efficient and provided excellent customer service.

Twice I asked men to help me, twice they looked around -then continued what they were doing.

During my recent visit at the Fayetteville location, I have to say that Ms. Sunny “Area Mgr”and Ms. Prosperity deserves a promotion and recognition from their respective departments and team members. I shop in the garden section quite a bit. Stores are few and far between that care about your garden as much as this locations does. All of the employees are happy to help any way they can. If they don’t know an answer they will find it. The culture of this area of the store is what you want but hardly ever see in retail. Furthermore, it wouldn’t be a review without giving credit to Kevin. Thanks for all your help Kevin, and the crew of store #0127.
