    Fantastic Experience
    I easily selected carpet for the primary and two additional bedrooms, and I found matching tile for the bathroom adjacent to the primary bedroom. There was a variety of products to choose from, and the employees were helpful.

        Ms.Angela provided great customer satisfaction
        I bought two iridescent 8 ft bulbs that exploded in my car on the way to my store. I called the store back to report what happened . They informed me that happens a lot even though I couldn’t get a refund Ms.Angela was willing to work with me on my next purchase. Thank you

            I love shopping at this store, the associates are like family partners in business always going the extra mile to show they care about me as a customer but also are knowledgeable and helpful with my projects. The products are most always available or easy to access, it just overall shows great leadership and care for the customer.

                painting section
                The guy from the painting is terrible. He talks more than he needs to and does not show respect to a customer. We were waiting to get our paint for 45 minutes. He just ignored us and very disrespectful.

                  My salesperson (female & her supervisor ) were phenomenal tenacious professionals & patient… in my personal view they were truly great representatives for Home Depot’s customer service… kudos to them both RAT4MM4 & her supervisor who was also awesome. I’ll definitely continue shopping at #0127 in Fayetteville 👍👏🏼

                              Exceptional Service
                              I am a business owner and shop at Home Depot daily. I live in Fayetteville, Ga so I do come here a lot and service is always great. However, I just want to point out that I went to the Home Depot store in Morrow, GA to purchase something for my businesses in Morrow and a assistant store manager by the name of Vance assisted me in locating several of the items needed through Home Depot. He looked up which location had the items in stock for me to pick up same day. On this particular visit I was in a rush and and Vance located the item at another store so I left Morrow and went to Fayetteville. I want to give special thanks to him. I was in a hurry and I was kind of rude and he still helped me with urgency so I could get these items to my employees. Vance thank you!!!

                                THE EMPLOYEES MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE
                                The lean, tall gentleman in the paint department is an incredible asset to this company. He's thoughtful and knows his stuff. I got to the store late on the 4th of July. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had a few laughs while I was there and I got just what I wanted. He's better than HD deserves. I would recommend HIM, over the store itself. The employees make all the difference.

                                  Outstanding Service from Corey & Tony – A Perfect Duo!
                                  We had an amazing experience at Home Depot thanks to Corey, who went above and beyond to help us with our Tuff Shed purchase. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we needed. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. We also had the pleasure of working with Tony Fowler, the Tuff Shed representative, who was just as fantastic. Tony explained everything clearly and made sure we were confident and comfortable with our choices. Together, Corey and Tony were the perfect team – helpful, friendly, and truly exceptional. They turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an enjoyable experience. Home Depot is lucky to have them! Highly recommend working with this dynamic duo!

                                    Needs more employees to assist customers
                                    I shop at store regularly since it’s located near my home. There is hardly no customer assistance available in certain departments. Since assistances is difficult to get why doesn’t Home Depot develop a phone app that can direct a customer to an item they’re looking for since employee help is scarce? Maybe the app could tell a customer which isle and bay to find a particular item.

                                          Pay attention to the details
                                          I’m extremely disappointed in how this store displays and markets its sales. The signage for the 5 for $10 mulch deal was placed directly above a more expensive type of mulch, leading me—and I’m sure many others—to believe it applied to those bags. After proudly loading 16 bags by myself and heading to self-checkout, I was shocked to find out they were actually $4 each. When I brought this to customer service (with all 16 bags), the employee I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling me I should’ve read the ad more carefully. However, the issue isn’t the ad—it’s misleading signage. To make matters worse, I later found out that the mulch actually on sale wasn’t even inside the store but outside in the parking lot. This kind of setup is not consumer-friendly and needs to be addressed. Better signage and clearer communication would go a long way in avoiding these types of frustrating experiences.

                                            I visited the Fayetteville store this past Saturday with my husband, looking to purchase paint for our bedroom. While we weren’t entirely sure about the best color or sheen, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Mr. Andre Askins in the paint department, we were able to choose the perfect paint, including an accent wall with just the right sheen. My husband completed the painting, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! A huge thank you to Mr. Andre for his expertise, design suggestions, and exceptional service. We truly appreciate his help in making this project a success!

                                              My refrigerator was delivered and when I asked the young man to put the handle on the left side, he said that he did not have time.

                                                I asked for assistance from the employees but none could help me find my item. One person even said they were out of stock. I did eventually find the item myself and checked out myself.

                                                          Employees here are nice
                                                          Besides the title's claim, it's HD as you know it. The newer online order pick-up system is easy and fast. The Husky line of mechanics tools has been a reliable staple for me for over 15 years as an independent auto mechanic -- I still use my original ratchets, sockets, and extensions as well as the newer, higher tooth-count and knurled grip stuff. I like the freud/diablo bits and blades, and that they carry Wago electrical connectors. For myself, it all comes down to product availability and value, and this location does a pretty good (not perfect) job there. If you want Southwire "smart" junction boxes, which are awesome, you've gotta go to the competitor, but if you want good, simple old-work 4" round ceiling boxes, you go here, not there. Back and forth like that endlessly. I'm glad they're always close to each other.
