The atmosphere at the Fleming Island location is fantastic. Everyone is so polite and helpful. I have been in other home improvement stores and not found the quality of courteous employees as they have at the Fleming Island location.

I always find what I need at this store and the employees are always very helpful.

The employees there are very kind and know a lot about all of the products. Within minutes of walking into the store someone is always there to assist you know matter what material you're looking for. I went in looking for a washer and was assisted with finding a washer that looks great with a warranty that met our price expectations. I will be back for sure!

The cashier was very nice and engaging today - made me feel like a real person ! I noticed that she also acknowledged customers as they entered the store near her register! If I was an employer I would hire her myself , train her for my own company/ business! Take good care of her, Home Depot, she's a good one!

My shopping experience was wonderful because of Brian Crockett. I was wondering the isles when Brian found and helped me. He figured out what I needed and ever cut it to fit my size requirements. As a female shopper, I truly appreciated having his help!

I receive quick help in the flooring department and had went to multiple home improvement stores not finding what I needed. This store had exactly what I needed and the associate helped me find the product, pay for it and make arrangements for pick up when I was ready. Thanks

Why not make ineligible military discount purchases apparent to the customer, and especially, the employee? I purchased a lawn mower. The military discount was not applied. The system said the item was not eligible. No explanation available. The employee was apologetic but unable to explain.
