Shandice is the best at the pro desk

It was the great experience i have come to expect from this HomeDepot. The returns i had were handled by friendly staff but the thing that prompted me to write this was to describe the actions of your self-checkout supervisor, a young woman named Becka. This was 4PM on the 12th of Feb. She was very helpful with a checkout but the thing worth noting was that when i accidentally left my phone on the scanner, she RAN across lot to stop me before i drove away (which i would have done). She goes above and beyond-Well Done!

If you want to offer a military discount then thank you. If not, then that's fine too. But it's a bit shady and manipulative to only offer the discount if you are using the home depot app. I won't be back.

I have purchased numerous items from this store. I requested help from numerous employees. I do not have even one complaint.

HD no longer provides "military discount" unless via an intrusive "app" installed on a "smart phone". A fine method to access one's personal data as well as "hack" their phone.

Went in to buy flooring and the sales associate Josh was amazing!!! So helpful and so nice. So pleased with my experience!!

I go about every week to pick up any of my tools and items

Happy employees make happy shoppers. I have never left this store without being fully informed what tools/materials I would need to complete the home DYI I am trying to accomplish. Polite, professional and materials in stock when you need them. I love our Home Depot Store. Each department has their own special employee that really knows their stuff. If they don't know they are not embarrassed to ask others to ensure I get the right answer I need to move forward. Thanks Vandy for helping me this morning! You all Rock!

Pro desk is awesome!

Richard Rosenthal was very helpful in our shopping for a washer and dryer. He helped us find one that can be delivered the soonest. The delivery guys La Quentin and John were on time, courteous and very efficient.

All the staff at this home depot are friendly and make you feel valued. This speaks volumes for their managerial staff and the workers themselves. If you have had the opportunity to meet Andy he is a life changing experience, hard worker always eager to help.

Elizabeth Freeland in their door department was very helpful, experienced and kind. It was a pleasure to meet her. She also helped me with other things in the store and recommendations for other home projects

I bought more than I needed. It was very quick and easy to return item.

Clean store with great friendly service. They were helpful and went out of their way.

If a item is on a display this store will not sell it or offer to see if they have additional inventory.

The product was as described and fulfilled the intended purpose perfectly

my contractor ordered the wrong cabinets and I needed help troubleshooting the issue. The cabinet guy was so helpful and had some great ideas. He made my life so much easier and help me with everything I needed. He even help me load the car! Definitely went above and beyond!

Every time we go into Home Depot we are met politely by the Home Depot staff and typically find what we are looking for or it's viable alternative.

forced to use self check out, there were no open isles with cashiers available. Catrina was the so-called customer service person in that area, she had no interest in helping me but instead watched me work for Home Depot as my own cashier. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she was very condescending and rude. HD needs to do better

Purchased a 4 Burner grill after shopping elsewhere. Used my Veteran discount. Great value before VA discount and very helpful employees in selection and in loading to our SUV. Thank you and stay healthy.

Music and then intercom is so loud that it hurts my head

My dear husband falls into the walls leaving holes or broken things and I rely on the home Depot staff to help me fix everything. They are nice and patient.
