This store has everything you need to do a home improvement job. In my opinion it has the one thing that keeps me coming back. That one thing is Knowledgeable people that can look at your problem and fine a solution.

My husband and i came in to the store today to buy some gardening essentials for our yard. Delisa greeted us upon arrival in the garden center, made sure there was nothing we needed assistance with and was extremely pleasant during the checkout process. The garden center was very neat and clean and everything that we needed was very easy to find. Highly recommend this store.

This Home Depot seems to value its customers in a time when most places seem to loathe them. Ebony was so helpful at the checkout and we didn't have to wait at all for it.

12/16/23 I purchased a GE FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR. I had the great fortune of having Kristini assist me in this purchase. Patient, professional and detailed in her explanation throughout the purchase. Answered all of my questions, sometimes twice. She made this a great experience coming to Home Depot.

Opened up an account online, went to the store to use it and the cashier said it didn’t work. I called Citibank…they said the cashier should have used the barcode sent to me on my phone. I had shown the cashier the barcode and she said she couldn’t use it. She also said customer service would not be able to assist me and I should have opened the account in the store in order to receive my discount. Citibank said that was not so and this confusion on Home Depot’s part should’ve never happened.

Purchase of a new refrigerator was quick and painless. I'm often hesitant using personal credit for purchases and was set on cash for my item of choice. However, the temptation of saving additional cost of applying for a Home Depot credit card I gave it a shot. Home Depot made it simply easy to apply for a credit card and quickly approved. I couldn't of been happier with the outcome of the assistance and ease of not having to come out of pocket up front.

Bridget in customer service is awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Very patient and professional.

This store has the dishwasher we was looking for we are very pleased with our shopping trip today and the customer service was a big help as well.

This Home Depot is the best that I have been to. I just wish there was a location on the southern area of Florence.

Could not get anyone to assist me or point me in the right direction for a plumbing part I was looking for. I asked twice for assistance. I finally found it by going to the website. I even checked myself out!

Great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable about there products and willing to assist. We found everything we needed.

I went into the store on 19 April to purchase 2 doors that website said was in stock. Employee in Millwork checked and confirmed doors were in stock. I paid for doors and told employee my contractor would pick up doors no earlier than 25 April. On 30 April, we went into store to make sure doors were in stock, since contractor was to come on 1 May to hang doors. One of two doors had been resold to someone else. At no point during the transaction or thereafter did anyone tell me I needed to have doors picked up by a certain date. Even on 30 April, when we were in store to check on doors, no one told us we needed to pick up the one door that they did still have in stock. Today, 2 May, we were going to go pick up the remaining door and it, too, had been resold. Absolutely atrocious service. I asked specifically about needing to take doors at time of purchase and was assured by employee that once the doors were paid for, they were mine and would be there for contractor to pick up. Now, we've been told there is no way to know if/when doors will be restocked and my install has been delayed indefinitely.

I purchased a Graco X7 Airless Sprayer and was very pleased with the price and quality of this sprayer. I have already used it and operation was a breeze with the instruction placard that was provided. Clean up was also very easy with the garden hose adapter that came with the unit. Employee was super nice!

Here at the Home Depot store in Florence SC, I have always enjoyed the service I have received at this store. Great job folks and keep up the great work. You make the other home improvement store look sad

Does Home Depot really want their customers to do surveys because they keep getting longer and longer. I am a regular customer that does surveys usually but this 20 question survey is crazy when you don't get paid for it.

Employees willing to help in finding the product I was searching for and helped with check out as well!! Great Service
