I like using a “human cashier” so I checked out at the customer service counter. Christy was friendly quick and efficient.

Recently purchased washer dryer set and a lawn mower, glad I bought the extended warranty, they don’t make ‘em like they used to, didn’t buy protection plan on lawn mower figured what could go wrong, so much plastic parts, highly doubtful it will last anywhere close to my previous lawn mowers. I now shop at Home Depot half as much as I used to but that’s ok I think they doubled the price on everything to make up for it. But it’s a great store with great people.

Needed help , Rose , Terry and Rick were super , they helped me with everything I needed to do ! Kind , patient, friendly and helpful!

No Military discount on Appliances. I will.shop else where. So disappointed!

Yes, I know it's 2024 - but their registers don't have tap to pay. At least not the self checkout and the employee manning them didn't advise that I could go to a regular register. I had to walk back out and get my debit card.

I was looking for a particular kind of paint. The employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I purchased that and then decided to just browse, which made me buy several other items I was interested in .

I bought a RYOBI mower and the staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

Most of our home improvement purchases are made at Home Depot in Foley, AL

Garden employee was not helpful and very rude on 2 different occasions. I had to load 2000 lbs of rocks because employee was rude and not helpful at all. Now injured my wrist.

Tom in paints was very helpful - and clearly knows his stuff...

We are in the midst of a heat wave and today is day 3 or 4 of an ongoing heat advisory & heat warning yet the cashier & crew that work their well stocked garden center are so cheerful, helpful & nice. Kudos to whoever does the hiring & whoever does the training. Hats of to the store manager, although you get the impression these people require little management.

Bought gas range there today the Lady in the appliance department Denise was super helpful and nice to deal with.

I know if I am in need of a specific tool, they’ve got it!

Rarely do I enter a home improvement store but my husband has been laid up due to surgery as of late & I had to stop into Home Depot today to pickup outdoor cleaning. I was assisted by Ricky upon entering the store, he was very knowledgeable & personally assisted me in finding the outdoor cleaner! I will definitely be back due to the great customer service he provided!

Every time I come to this store I am greeted by a friendly associate who always offers to help me find what I am looking for. The staff in the store will stop what they are doing to help me if I ask and the cashiers are always pleasant and helpful too.

garden center hours listed as 6am opening. i needed pavers, mulch etc. gates closed, no carts onside at 7am. no cashier. customer service was of little help. updated your garden center hours or staff and open up!!!!

This is my hometown store. We just built a new home and we built it, pretty much entirely, through this Home Depot. Great staff and well stocked store.

Friendly and great service. Happy we could bring our Lucy dog in!

We had a great needed experience with Ricky, Georgia and the Foley store. I hv always missed the hometown hardware store, but we had a hometown experience. HD will be our go to store for this saga of a rebuild after Hurricane Sally 2020.

I visit this store 2-3 times a week. I am a crafter and always needing something in the way of wood, paint or decorative moldings. The paint dept is always there, advising as to what works best for my project… The lumber area has a good selection and reasonably priced. The Service desk is very friendly and accommodating for return or help with special orders.

I've been doing a lot of yard work, painting inside, landscaping projects and replanting my household plants and had a deck built all in the last 2 years and I'm still not down . I've busted up a jagged sidewalk, dug up and moved dirt . Everything I've needed came from HD. Potting soil, edging, wheelbarrow, pebbles, trimmer, blower, nails , screws, drills, sanders, posthole digger, lots of different sizes in lumber, paint , brushes, drop cloths. You name it and I probably bought it had HD. The employees have never once made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about or looking at me crazy when asking where I could find a particular item. They've always been helpful if I needed help. I appreciate the friendliness.

Mickey, Dan and Austin were extremely helpful in getting me a grill and loading it in my vehicle.

Finished my job just in time thanks to Home Depot.

I went in to simply purchase an extended warranty on my washer. The first three Customer Service Associates did not have a clue, this was after no Associate being available in department. Very disappointing visit.

My husband I just retired & bought a new home in another state. We discovered a local Home Depot & were so pleased with the friendly, helpful & available staff there. We are also happy with the quality of products and the competitive pricing.
