Had to order a special item from internet and got great help at the service desk. They were top notch!

I always visit this store when in Gulf Shores Alabama and need something for one of our condos. This store is always well stocked. Employees are knowledgeable and willing to help.

Always clean and well stocked. Employees are great in every aspect. As a fellow retail worker I understand how rotten customers can be and I personally thank this staff for everything they do.

Delivery was unprofessional and did not install because of laziness and long drive. Lied and said it was from old hoses and signed my signature when I refused delivery. We hauled from end of driveway and paid someone else to install. Will never ever use Home Depot again. There is no way to refuse delivery as they tell you in the store. They will just draw one right in front you and leave. Very unprofessional.

I bought a barbecue 9 months ago. It’s malfunctioning so Home Depot said bring it back and they will replace it I’m happy

Store is a mess. Needs to be cleaned up and product out out of the way

I continue to be very pleased with the service I receive at the Foley Home Depot store. The employees are very friendly, eager to assist and are very helpful & knowledgeable.

Love the selection. Sales personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us where products that we were shopping for could be found

Liz helped us select a grill and judith checked us out and arranged delivery. Both are super employees. Judith was especially helpful.

I really like their pickup boxes. Saves me time looking for items and insures that they have it in stock.

Spent several hours there last week and a lot of money and the outcome was very pleasant. The people working there are just really super. Highly recommend this Home Depot. Jack

I went on black Friday and the staff was great

I purchased scaffolding and wanted outriggers for it and the associate said they didn’t have them and didn’t try to find out for sure. I ordered them online for in store pickup. They were in the store the whole time. Very disappointed

The man that came to measure the sliding glass door was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Home Depot.

I purchased a refrigerator and I just want you to know that the delivery crew was excellent. The crew was efficient, and careful with the product.. They were very courteous and certainly a very good contractor for you to be using. The crew left me a card and the name on the card was Donnell #4. That might be the delivery crew.

I tried to fix my tile floor with the fix a floor adhesive but don’t bother looking for a gun get a syringe without the needle and get the stuff out of the tube and put it under the tile! My tile is better but needs more maybe mortar would be better or a handyman and a new floor!!! I need a professional might wait and get more money!!!

This store is very convenient to my house. It will be my go to hardware store.

I like using a “human cashier” so I checked out at the customer service counter. Christy was friendly quick and efficient.

Recently purchased washer dryer set and a lawn mower, glad I bought the extended warranty, they don’t make ‘em like they used to, didn’t buy protection plan on lawn mower figured what could go wrong, so much plastic parts, highly doubtful it will last anywhere close to my previous lawn mowers. I now shop at Home Depot half as much as I used to but that’s ok I think they doubled the price on everything to make up for it. But it’s a great store with great people.

Yes, I know it's 2024 - but their registers don't have tap to pay. At least not the self checkout and the employee manning them didn't advise that I could go to a regular register. I had to walk back out and get my debit card.

I was looking for a particular kind of paint. The employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I purchased that and then decided to just browse, which made me buy several other items I was interested in .

I bought a RYOBI mower and the staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

Most of our home improvement purchases are made at Home Depot in Foley, AL

Garden employee was not helpful and very rude on 2 different occasions. I had to load 2000 lbs of rocks because employee was rude and not helpful at all. Now injured my wrist.
