I found the store to be well stocked with plenty of choices of products. Employees friendly and helpful.

Store is always clean and if you can not find the product, you can ask any employee and they will help you.

I am quite elderly and I found employees very helpful and patient.

This place employs folks that have plenty of experience in all the trades; that's the main reason for shopping at this home improvement center. Doesn't matter if you're in the lumber section asking a question about gardening tools, or in the tool department asking about a type of paint to use. These folks are friendly, very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and give plenty of "how to" tips to make my projects easier to understand. It's always a pleasure to shop the Folsom, CA Home Depot!

This is a huge store with everything. I especially was impressed with the Tool Rental department. They were so friendly and helpful.

Customer service was outstanding, product selection & availability were excellent.

I had a big lumber order and needed several cuts, they helped willingly and efficiently. The young lady checked me through and then helped me load.

We usually have very good luck at finding all our needs at Folsom Home Depot (as this is the store we always shop at) but today we went there for a fruit tree net to keep the squirrels from eating all our apricots. Unfortunately you had none or the young man didn't know where they were n being we had never purchased them before did not know where to look. Might be a good idea to put them on your inventory list we cant be the only ones looking for them.

Every time my husband and I shop in this store we are giving very prompt and courteous service. My husband is handicapped and the associates are always on hand to help him find what he needs, load things in our car and get him an electric scooter so he can maneuver around the store. It's a very friendly and helpful store. It always has the products available that we need.

It appears that Home Depot has suddenly decided to discontinue its 5% off discount for those using the Home Depot credit card. To my surprise, I learned this after asking the clerk monitoring the self-service checkout to apply the discount. I thought he said yes and had done it - then when I looked at the receipt, I found there was no discount. When I asked about the discount again, I was told that the promotion had been discontinued. I suddenly decided there was little need to shop there when Lowe's still had the discount up the street. Won't be needing to go to HD much - except for when there is a great difference in the prices. Bye-bye, HD.

They do a great job here but because of the amount of people coming in and out there is sometimes a wait for an associate. They are very helpful once you get one though!

Store has everything I need when doing home or fence repair. Staff is helpful and friendly . tool selection is great.

The lady helping me made absolutely sure that the color brochure selection I made was a match for the color swatch before she mixed my paint. She did not over sell me paint, but in fact, convinced me to buy less than I initially asked for which would have been way too much paint. She explained to me that the roller I'd selected would cause dimpling in the enamel that I'd chosen and showed me the correct roller for my application. In all, I was very impressed with the customer service I received in the paint department today.

Great customer service is hard to come by in today's world but if you are lucky enough to have Ellen wait on you it brings back the memories of when people took pride in helping other people a very rare asset today. Ellen seems to truly enjoy her job and it shows. We certainly left with much appreciation for all the help we received. We say Thank You Ellen you are the best.

Mike in appliances was so helpful in answering all our questions and helping me purchase my first new washer. Mike in hardware helped us find what we needed even though it was the end of the evening and he had a line of three people who needed help. Our cashier was very sweet and friendly as well.

I have always had good experiences at this store, but today was suprisingly good. I had a problem with a previously purchased item....I went in to ask questions and purchase another one...Ray went out of his way and replaced my defective item... I was truly shocked.... It just doesn't seem you ever get that kind of service...well today I did....I will definitely continue to shop at this home depot...thank you Ray.

Store was well organized which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Merchandise was in stock, price was great & checkout person was very friendly & professional.

much clean, such bright, many tools 10/10-me bought wood and carpet for cat post, carpet cutter machine very big. wood slicer very loud and powerful. Happy with cat post materials make cat very happy. will come again
