Every employee looked up and acknowledged me with a greeting and offer to help. I needed 19 boxes of stone tile and they were fully stocked, which I was expecting to go to multiple locations without a pre-order. Barbara was extremely helpful in setting up my new home depot card to add savings and got Sidney to help load up my car. They were engaging, professional and friendly and made me feel that they wanted to help instead of had to help. Bravo to Folsom Home Depot!! And thank you!

I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to buy cabinets that the website said were in stock. I asked someone for help & they said there were none, when in fact there was on top of a mess of boxes that could only be reached using the staircase. The worker left to get someone to help me. After 20 minutes I went to an associate nearby (there were more workers than people) & asked for help. She laughed in my face & said the kid went to get someone already. After another 15, I used the step ladder and got the cabinet myself. Any worker that passed by made no move to help me.

The happy employees help me find everything. I have been using the Milwaukee tools and the 12 volt, high capacity batteries for many years now and this store always has the latest and greatest ones for me to buy. Why shop online?, when I can go in the store, see my friends, and pick it up right from the shelf.

I went to the store worried about a toy that got flushed down the commode. I was not sure on how to go about the solving it. I approached the employees at the store, and they were quick in giving solutions, giving my facts and figures. It saved me a lot of time in research and hassle. Thank you, will definitely shop again

I shop at Home Depot regularly for both professional and personal projects. Overall, my experience was positive—staff was courteous, the store was well organized, and product availability met my needs. As a contractor and business owner, one area that could be further improved is Pro and trade support during peak hours. Faster access to knowledgeable associates in high-skill departments (such as plumbing, electrical, and building materials), along with increased Pro Desk availability, would greatly improve efficiency for professionals managing active jobs. Home Depot plays an important role for contractors, and continued focus on Pro-level service, inventory accuracy, and streamlined pickup would further strengthen the experience. I appreciate the support Home Depot provides to professionals and look forward to continued improvements.

We arrived at the Folsom Home Depot late on the last night of the 50% off blings sale. Oh boy. A salesman was just about to leave when he realized he was the only one who could help us. Mark Mason in the Flooring department smiled and continued to help while off the clock. He stayed as our project, (a Motorhome) was going to be more complex than usual. It turns our he also has a Motorhome and he offered us many improvements on our inital design. The material selected, Levolor was just fantastic. They had all the right colors and patterns to match the new uphosolstery we had selected. Home Depot hit it out of the park with Mark and all the selections they offered. Thank you. I'd be glad to follow up with another review when all the work is completed.

I use this Home Depot a lot. They are always helpful and seem to stock a good amount of items

I’ve been shopping at this store for many years, ever since it was built. One major reason for shopping here is the outstanding customer service I’ve received from all store associates. I have never noticed any store associate with a negative facial look or an irritable tone of voice. Great store to shop!

Nobody asked if i needed assistance

We have worked with Peggy to order our new Front door and couldn’t be more impressed by her knowledge and follow through.she was also very friendly and spent as much time with us as we needed. 10 out of 10 points for Peggy.
