We purchased a Toro lawnmower. Staff asked if we needed a cart before we had time to ask for one. They helped load the mower onto cart for checkout. Cashier called staff to help load the mower onto our truck without us having to ask for assistance. Very good service.

Kimberly in the Flooring Department was amazing..So helpful and went over and above to provide excellent customer service,!! But don't go to the Doors and Windows you will be treated like you are a inconvenience by the associate!!

Have never had a "bad" experience at this store, but they went above and beyond last time I was there. We were needing quite a bit of flooring and had NO idea where to start when we got there. We were greeted by Jonathan, a manager, within seconds. He took us straight to Justin in flooring and the two of them were extremely helpful together until Jonathan got called away on his walkie. Justin spent at least an hour walking us through our options for what we needed, helping us find good transitions and solutions for our project. We asked a ton of questions and he was very knowledgeable. He even made good recommendations that we ultimately went with, and we absolutely love how it turned out. Thanks a lot for all your help, guys!

We visited the Garden and Landscaping to get what we needed to start our landscaping for the front of our house. Ended up getting everything we needed to complete the project thanks to Austin! He was fast, helpful, and very friendly. Kamyra, our cashier, was also on top of things and had our total ready to go while we were loading up with the help of Austin! The customer service definitely made our visit pleasant and productive. Thanks guys!
