People that work here know what they are doing

They always give me small town care and attention in a big store. I love shopping at Home Depot.

I have purchaced and replaced several household appliciances, new flooring, and kitchen tile over the years and have more projects in the near future. I cant see going anyother place but Home depot for my Home needs.

David in delivery and Shannon in plumbing were awesome!!

Associates were very polite, listened and smiled. Store clean.

There was no employees to help and I DISLIKE SELF CHECK OUT it took for ever to assured the phone

One associate asked me if I needed help. He was the only person in his department and knew more about the products his store carries than any people at lowes. Wade was incredibly helpful picking out everything I needed for my home projects. He knew exactly what blades I would need for my saw without costing too much. Wade was by far the best person I’ve talked to today.

I found the store employees to be readily available at every turn and able to help me navigate the store and find what I am looking for, no matter how obscure.

Love this store. Good prices and usually very good service. I have had an unfavorable experience with a sales personnel, but only on one occasion. Thanks to Stan, the salesman in appliances I encountered on May the 14th, that rather unpleasant experience was quickly erased. Thanks Stan for redeeming my confidence in my local Home Depot.

This store is always neat and clean. All of the employees are friendly and always asking if I need assistance. If I am shopping for building products, hardware, etc., I always shop at this store first.

Store advertised a mail-in rebate on specific paint. I purchased that paint on one day but needed more the next day (promotion was still in effect). I had to file separate claims. Home Depot honored my first claim but denied my second claim. I had the paint manufacturer's sales rep look over my claim info. He could find nothing wrong with it but said he could not help as Home Depot managed that rebate program and had final say.

Prices were comparable or better then the big competitor. I also got a better product and immediate help from associates to determine which product would best fit my needs! Store was clean well organized and very helpful employees

Sometimes hard to find an employee at all. Very few have a lot of knowledge about any but 1 specific area. More training!

I always know where to go in the store to find what I need and they always have a good variety of each product! Employees are friendly and helpful!

My wife and I have always found what we needed. Store employees are always friendly and helpful. During our last shopping visit Allaura helped direct us to the aisle we needed to go to in order to obtain what we were looking to purchase. She was also our cashier and was pleasant and friendly.
