I needed some plastic gutter piping cut into smaller pieces and they would not accommodate me whatsoever even going to customer service. What use is customer service when they will not acquiesce?

I love this homedepot! I got there 10 min till closing and asked a worker for a part. Not only did he knew exactly where it was at he gave me options as a “Plan B” that saved me a ton of money. When it was time to cash out the cashier was happy to attend me and did not have that usual “hurry, I want to leave” gave you get everywhere else. Fast and friendly service. It is always worth the 26 min drive.

For a person that is new to having to make decisions and purchases for the home , I am very appreciative for all the help I received at this store .I will certainly return in the near future for other purchases that I will need for my home renovations .

Sometimes you get great service like today and sometimes you can't find anyone to help you

Although the employees were very cordial, the man who waited on us needed more training in the procedures to complete a sale. The sale took a long time (water heater), and he needed to ask other employees questions about scheduling the installation and finding out a price for installation. He didn't seem to know what to do. However, when we decided to pick up the hot wate heater ourselves two days later, the employee, Richard in plumbing, could not have been more helpful and knowledgable.

I found my products easily and the process getting what I needed until check out was quick. I had to get some paint for my front door, and I brought up the can to be mixed and the young lady who did that for me, made sure I had the correct paint. (*which I didn't have originally)

Every time I am in this store I have employees offering to help with sincerity and kindness. I give MUCH credit to the supervisors, specifically (Boston) Steve Scott in Pro Desk section with associate Mary.

The aisles are sometimes impasable because of dollies contaning what i assume to be stock but with no one around to put it on the shelves.

The store is very convenient to where I live. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and restroom as well. Thank you

I can't say enough about this Home Depot store. The employees are awesome!!! Always someone there to answer a question or show you where an item is located. It's clean and the aisles are not cluttered. If doing self checkout, there is always an employee there to help you.
