Manager injected himself into an issue with a LG refrigerator, promised to replace it, but instead just refunded my money and didn’t even bother to let me know, now since inflation the cost of exact replacement is higher

ONLY LASTED 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS AND SEPARATED INSIDE OF WELL, MAKING IT SEEM LIKE THE PUMP WAS BAD, BUT IT WAS THE CHECK VALVE INSTEAD, ANYWAY JUST BAD NEWS, MAYBE THE VALVE SHOULD BR MADE BETTER.

Trevor and Angel were awesome! If you have any issues, they are the ones to help. All of the employees there are extremely polite and helpful. I always enjoy my experience at this location!

Bought a Tool Box Chest and the Salesperson Pedro was very helpful at checkout, we meet the Store Manager and was also very helpful. Thank me for visiting the store and asked if we needed help to load it. Which we personally helped us load it into the pick up. Great Shopping Experience!

We purchased a water cooler from this Home Depot and Julia and Bill provided exceptional. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Bill even took the time to search for other items we had purchased in the past so we could check if we purchased the extended warranties or not. He provided input when appropriate and didn’t push anything on us we didn’t want.

Everytime I’m in this store it makes my day better

I find this Home Depot to have exceptional customer service. The only thing I wish was different was that the employees could unmask. It's so hard to hear them when they speak AND you can NEVER see smiles. I've been in sales/marketing/customer service all my life and a SMILE is 90% of feeling like you're appreciated as a customer. #UNMASK

Store clerks walked us over to the curtain area and then walked us up to the picture hangers area. He went above and beyond.

If you are appliance shopping, I recommend Home Depot! They had what I needed in stock and their staff was very helpful in guiding us to the correct refrigerator. Oskar in particular was wonderful.

We needed a new freezer, Morgan greeted us immediately at the department, found out what we needed, showed us a couple of options, answered all our questions, explained all the options and was very professional and friendly. I would definitely ask for Morgan again to help us.

We were searching for a new big fridge with new technology features. Patti helped us out and she really knew a lot about the different fridges available for sale. We settled on a 29CF LG fridge that had great reviews online, but it was great to get somebody live in the store to help you. Worth it this time!

I love that home Depot seems to ways have what I am looking for....the isles are big and lots of staff to help with questions.

The greeter say on his phone the whole time. The clerk didn’t say one work to the people in front of me or myself. She walked away from them as they seemed at question their receipt. She stayed 20 ft away chit chatting with co-workers looking like she was avoiding checking anyone else out. Mind you, it’s the Monday between Christmas and NYE. The parking lot is full. She finally walked over to check me out. No “hi”, “thank you”, total or bye. Not one word. I started to put my email in and she clicked a button so it disappeared. I told her I liked my receipts emailed so I don’t lose them (we’re moving cross country this week so things get lost). She just looked at me and handed me the paper copy.

Ordered the appliance I wanted in a very easy manner.

I would like to make a shout out to an outstanding ploy E that helped me on my last shopping trip in your store. That employee would be A Dunn! Thank you for all that you do!
