The pro dept. of this store is the epitome of customer service. Wayne and Alicia need to be put in a copy machine and have a dozen copies made. I have never had a problem that doesn't get fixed immediately. I have always been helped above my expectations. They go out of their way to be sure you are fully satisfied when you leave. I have never had better customer service in a pro dept. in any store like i get here. Just like today's experience, I had a few items I couldn't find on my list and as I was checking out Alicia asked if I found everything. I said no but will get them next time. She asked what the items were and said wait just a min. and I will get them for you. And she did so quickly I swear she must have run. This is why I always go back here.

The associates are very friendly leaving on you the whishing and feeling that you want to comeback.

I visited the store today and it was very busy. When I was ready to checkout there was no wait time. Great job Home Depot.

My wife and I love to go to the Home Depot in Gainesville, GA. It never fails that we get new ideas and the things to accomplish them with. So much to see, explore and think about in this store. In addition, we almost always run into someone we know there. Seems it is the place to shop in Gainesville!

Everyone is always smiling, asking if you want help. It loooks like every employee enjoy very much what they are doing!!!

Great store with great employees

Great experience today at this HD! Manager Kevin/Kuvan/? helped me with my picture hanging project. He told me how he had used the 3M command strips for all his picture hanging projects in his new house as he did not want to put a nail hole in any of the new walls. Followed his specific instructions and the picture is staying put

The Pro desk at this store is by far the greatest group of people I have ever worked with at any store. They bend over backwards to help you, if it is helping you find the right product for your needs or helping do a project at the best price. They don't just tell you where to find an item they take you to it. When you need quotes it is accurate and they will be sure to give you best pricing against all competitors. There is no comparison in service i have found anywhere else. I highly recommend this store and especially the Pro desk team.

I have been to this store numerous times and have always received good service. Whenever I have a question or can't fine an item the employees are always helpful in locating that item or answer my question.

We went to Home Depot to find some plants to freshen up our front yard while our house in on the market. We asked an employee to help us locate plants that would stay alive through the fall season and also be able to stand full sun. The employee took time to walk with us an explain with options might work the best of our situation. We ended up with the perfect plants to add some fall color to our front yard!

Store manager Kayen Adams went above and beyond to help us with an issue with a lawn mower that we purchased at Home Depot! He resolved the problem immediately!!!

Staff very helpful I was sent a text and had no idea what to get but customer service made it a lot less scary.
