Store is neat and full of employees that are ready and willing to help in any way that they can. I wish All stores cared about their customers as much as this one!

Home Depot in Gastonia always has what I'm looking for. Great people working in this location, the employees are always kind and helpful. We used the Gastonia location for our carpet installation, great installers. The entire process was pleasant. Thank you Home Depot.

I want to commend both La'Toi and Joshua, the Manager and Assistant Manager, respectively, for their outstanding customer service which ensured that all of my needs were met. They went far above the call of duty and I commend them for their excellence.

Need paint? If so...ask for Jonathan in the Paint Center. You will immediately notice his professionalism coupled with product knowledge. Very refreshing!

Store was very neat, employees were very helpful, I got in, got what I needed and out quickly.

Purchased a dryer to take home with me at the time of purchase. Was sent on a scavenger hunt to find a cart myself and bring back to the appliance aisle, then they wouldn't even push the loaded cart to the door, claiming that was "against store policy." I got home and found the dryer didn't even come with a power cord, and they didn't bother to let me know that while I was at the store (30 minutes from my house). I called back and held over ten minutes, no one ever answered. Called again, still no answer. Called again and told the ACD I wanted a manager and someone answered right away, but it was still ten more minutes before I actually got a manager. She then placed me on hold another five minutes to "see how they could resolve this" just to come back and tell me "Yeah, we should have told you, sorry about that, nothing we can do." I called corporate and was told they were not "aware" of a policy preventing employees from pushing the cart to the door, and they are also "sorry that I didn't know they sold me an appliance with no cord, but that they would 'note the complaint'". Having purchased numerous appliances in my life I have always been advised if extra accessories are required, and it seems they would have gone ahead and located a cord for me and at least given me a slight discount for the trouble since I would have to drive 30 minutes back to purchase it.

Why is it, that this store has product out as displays, with gas, but will not allow for a discount for a used product. My mower was delivered with gas in the tank. I have 7 year with retail and this indicates a "used" item.

Always a helping hand around, lots of great products, awesome savings thru out the store..

SCO Cashier Stephanie(6:30 pm) was extremely helpful and courteous and went out of her way to get me assistance in Plumbing even though no one showed up. At least she knows how to take care of customers.

Customer service is intolerable. Home Depot need to offer their employees tolerance training.

The store was clean and organised and I do not like the self check outs but they always have an attendant at a full service register

I just had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.To me that says a lot about a business and how they train and treat their employees. I had presented her with a difficult return and she handled it as a professional should.

Biggest issue with this store is that it's very challenging finding someone to assist you when help is needed. One day I was in store I was going down an aisle...an associate was coming up same aisle and turned around went back other way as I appear to wave them them down for question. Also some associates don't appear to be knowledgeable of their areas worked. Perhaps they should ask for help when they don't know their assigned area...to better assist customers.

Associates are friendly and helpful. Store is always stocked well or at least the best they can with the pandemic. I am doing some painting at home and Home Depot is my home away from home right now. All of my experiences have been good. I drive right by a similar store a mile away from home to shop at this Home Depot.

Always as well stocked as they can be considering the nature of shipping now with the pandemic. Store is clean, employees are friendly and eager to help with questions. I don't buy paint anywhere but Home Depot so I am in that particular frequently and it is always the same atmosphere, not hit or miss. I go right by another home improvement store and drive further to shop at the Gastonia store.

Store is nice but the thing that sets this store apart is their staff. They are helpful, courteous and friendly.

Josephine Knotts and Sonja Rios made my shopping experience great.. They both went above and beyond to help me .. Josephine Knotts was very knowledgeable about the store , she made several suggestions and gave me great ideas on my remodeling.. Sonja Rios made sure my delivery was scheduled correctly and that I understood everything and was comfortable before I left the store ... GREAT JOB LADIES !!!!

The store was clean, had no problems finding what I needed. Everyone was fire and helpful.
