Today I was shopping I get beautiful flowers mulch and others stuff but I was looking new parts for my machine and I left my shop car unattended no even 10 minutes later I came my car was gone I ask the staff they don’t help or check on the radio I was so frustrated they want me get the stuff again but how to get the car gone again I try to be polite but hope they learn as others stores they workers are ask first to anyone around before they remove anything

My daughter and I went to look for plants and weed killer etc. I had no idea where anything was and one staff member was so nice and knowledgeable. She brought me around the store and showed me where everything I needed was. She went out of her way to help me. Also the store was very clean! All the staff are very nice that I have encountered.

I am always impressed with the service at my neighborhood Home Depot. They are friendly and knowledgeable . Additionally, it is a very poplular store and they always have plenty of employees to assist you.

The employees at this Home Depot are always friendly, say hello, and are helpful with answering questions. Been coming for years and pretty much always have a better experience here than other locations.

I go at least once a week. Great place to find any tools to create and fix things home.

I have had to flush the ladies room toilet from past customers and pick up paint and caulking left open in parking lot from people too much in a hurry or just incinerate but it was the right thing to do. Your store staff is very nice. Thanks

I could not use my $50 Home Depot gift card to pay for part of the order. I also was not given an answer as whether the billing starts now or after I received the merchandise I purchased. Two simple questions that should have been answered. How can Home Deot refuse to acept one of their own gift cards.

Do all my home and business shopping at HDepot . I know they always have items in stock and priced right. Saves me time and aggravation. Why go anywhere else. It’s Always a Great Day At Home Depot Glastonbury !!!

Got a great door at a great price.

Needed to buy paint and supplies - super friendly and efficient employee at the paint counter helped me select paint product. Beverly at the register was also really helpful and genuinely wanted to help me out. I was even greeted at the door by an employee asking if I needed assistance. It was a great visit and made all the difference.

I purchased all my kitchen appliances and stacking washer/dryer from the Glastonbury Home Depot. I haven't had a problem with any of them and it's been a couple of years. The sales people were helpful and knowledgeable and the installers were fast and knew what they were doing. I continue to shop there for paint, lighting, wood and anything else that I need. I know I will find it easily, in that store.

I needed help deciphering which product was the best for what I wanted do and there was a salesperson right there to help me with the decision.

Comfortable to shop in the glastonbury store

Am preparing to renew a deck and have a number of occasions visited the store.

I had a problem with online orders and I went to West Hartford and Waterbury Home Depot for assistance but they were no help, I requested to speak to the manager but they did not respond. I just wasted my time and gas. Then I went to the Glastonbury store. The store Manager Chissy not only she was patient, listening to my problem, she was empathetic and went above and beyond to ensure my problem is resolved.

Doing self check out and Beverly the associate was there to help and was nice to talk to about my visit. Look for her to help you too if you want great customer service!!

I visited the Glastonbury, CT store needing garden stone. I did not realize the many options that the store had but the sales person went above and beyond to not only help me find the right product, he helped load it in the cart and offered to help me out to my car. WOW. Old fashioned top notch service. Bravo!!

Not one customer said hello or asked if they could help us find anything. We didn't get greeting by an employee until we were checking out at self check out. Maybe this location doesn't cater to a certain population because I did hear an employee ask an older white woman if she needed help finding anything (immediately after I said to my husband, there's no help here). I won't return to this location.

I spent quite a few hours with kitchen designer, Tricia Spooner. She did a lot of work for me and did not get impatient with my suggestions to try something else. She did a Great Job!

The Glastonbury Home Depot has many employees who consistently go out of their way to be helpful and make sure that we have what we need and all of our related questions are answered.

An out-of-towner, I urgently needed garden supplies on my son's moving day last Saturday. I went to the Glastonbury Home Depot and was immediately directed to the right area and was helped to find exactly the supplies I needed. Excellent experience.
