My dog's favorite place to shop... and mine too. I shop at several Home Depot locations especially since I bought a fixer-upper home. It seems to be my lifeline to making it through this traumatic experience. On several occasions, my inexperience has caused me to have to return items that were incorrect for the job. On every occasion, I was treated with kindness and an expedient return, followed up with personal recommendations and guidance. Before this experience all I knew how to do was paint. With some great tips and resources I can now add baseboard installation to my repertoire of skills! Home Depot... I am a big fan. Looking forward to learning how to tile my bathroom next!

This Home depot has the friendliest, most helpful employees. I am a home builder, so I am at this home depot sometimes 3 times a day. Shaina the cashier near the pro desk is always so helpful. Other awesome cashiers are Saeed and Seble. They are so very friendly. The whole group at the PRO desk is always so helpful. From Larry, Max, Bert, Christian, Loren,Vax and all of them. I don't know what department Jarod works in, but he has helped me many times. Judy and the rest of the staff in paint always have the best advice. Ricardo in plumbing and the older, tall gentleman in plumbing have gotten me out of a few jams with their advice. Joe in appliances helped me buy 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. Great guy. He also works in returns. There are 2 guys near the tools and screws who have also been very helpful. Val the manager is always available to help. Even if it's just a simple help me find this or a more important help me resolve this, SHE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. WOW! I am currently building 2 giant 5000 square feet homes with 6 bedrooms and 5 bath and 4 car garage each. This is the biggest thing that I have ever done. At many times, I have been way over my head and felt overwhelmed. This home depot and their wonderful employees have made this huge project doable. Store is always very organized & neat -- employees are always very helpful and polite.

We had such a positive experience at this store. Both Nate and Steve in the lumber section went above and beyond in giving us assistance for my son's science fair project. They were knowledgeable and friendly and really took the time to help us.

No other store has ever taken my money, give me a delivery date, and then tell me they cannot honor the delivery date because they may not have the product that day. At that moment I asked to cancel my order and then I was told I had to wait up to 72 business hours to be able to cancel and get my money back. Working with my credit card to dispute the charge. I do NOT recommend Home Depot.

Ask for or look for help from K.C. in the paint dept.; and seek out Casey at the front end of the store. They're both extraordinarily helpful, warm, personable, & super friendly. Yahoo!!!!

Store has consistently provided what I am looking for. Employees have been pleasant and. by and large, knowledgeable.

The team at this store does an extraordinary job. Our Samsung washer was recalled. I called on my lunch hour because I thought I would be able to make a decision based on a few questions and order over the phone. I had a list of questions and the salesman answered them all patiently and went above and beyond when I asked him to check my measurements by measuring the base - and he put me on hold and got out his measuring tape. I let him know I'd call back to order. I was concerned about the height so decided to go into the store after work. He spent approximately an hour with us allowing me to go over my concerns, discussing what he knew about the rebate, answered more questions, helped to decide between two models based on price, size and even aesthetics. He followed through totally when we had to get manager approval for a credit. He even walked us to the service desk. When we arrived there, the team handled everything efficiently. I sincerely appreciated my salesman's treatment and honesty and follow through. World class customer service.

I was glad to find Home Depot had the tool I needed in this store. Other stores did not carry it or required that I order it on-line and wait to get it. I ordered and paid for it on-line late one night and picked it up at the store the next morning!

Purchased a washer, dryer, refridgerator and gas range/stove. I used every internet resource imaginable to make my purchases. CNET, Consumer Reports, WireCutter.com. to name a few. Yet I came into the store probably a half dozen times almost always working with Zach. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, he managed to give me insights that despite all my reading I hadn't discovered.

Great experience in this store, its super large but well organized. Super helpful staff. Refreshing!!!

I had a sales person named Sandy help me. She was putting things away when I asked her for help. She wasn't sure what I was describing (I didn't know what it was called) so we went to a computer & she searched on line for me & then walked me to the product. Very friendly. Very helpful.

I found this store cleaner, better organized and more helpful than the Aurora store.

The employees here are awesome. Always super helpful and knowledgeable about most things I go in there for. Someone's always willing to stand there and help me figure out my projects when I need help. Glad this is my neighborhood HD.

Im not a easy customer to help but Larry, Max, and Rhonda did a great job resolving some issues I had on some non delivered merchandise. Recently visited the Glendale store to SHOP for appliances. Was greeted by long term associate Linda Scherrer who walked me through all the options and was able to work us through the ordering process very efficiently.

The parking is a nightmare, even on the least busy days (Tuesday/Thursday). The lot is jammed with 18-wheelers and the rug tent is taking up parking closest to the Entrance. There are not enough handicap parking spots!
